Having a lot of experience with different car washes previously, this place is without a doubt the WORST EXPERIENCE we have ever faced. We paid for a premium plus single wash ($40), expecting to see decent results, since this option isn’t even the cheapest, but to say that we were extremely disappointed is to say nothing. When we received the car back, the doors were filthy as if they weren’t even opened to be cleaned. The dashboard was covered with dust, clearly untouched. The cupholders weren’t cleaned either, not vacuumed, not washed with a cloth. Nothing. In conclusion, we received the

I have been coming here for about 30 years, and for good reason.
Many of the same guys have worked here all that time. I know for a fact any dissatisfaction will be appropriately addressed by management.
BTW, Joe is an artist and known for his skills in restoration of classic cars. No one better to address dent repair issues.

I went today around 11am to have them do the car wash services. After the service was done, which in my opinion seemed faster than the regular car was services in other location I noticed that the car wasn't clean to the expectations that they provided on the service that I purchased. I payed around $45 and the inside car wasn't completely vacuumed and also the outside of the car wasn't complete clean. I don't know if is the person that cleaned my car is not of the best employees they have but the job was poorly. I am very disappointed with the services that I have and most likely I would never

Want to personally thank Joe for his service, professionalism, and overall kindness. Joe responded quickly and took a look at a scratch that I thought might have come from the car wash, and after walking through everything together we determined that it did not, and it probably occurred beforehand from a grocery cart. Even still, Joe offered to buff out the scratches, free of charge. I can't thank the team enough, will be a customer for life!
