Once we receive your information we will reply back to you via email with specific design details & pricing. It is very helpful if you include any pictures of other cakes you like, preferred design color(s), invitations/decoration or a specific theme for your event. All orders are handled via email & phone.

Ordered cupcakes to be delivered for my sisters birthday. The delivery location was an hour away with entry to the subdivision being denied by the guard attendant. We were unsuccessful in attempting to establish connection with someone at the house to permit entry. At this point, we were resigned to the fact it was not going to happen, until the owner stepped in. She would not accept no for an answer and took charge of the situation. She made sure the cupcakes got delivered. We are greatly appreciative of the patience and perseverance taken by the delivery person and owner. They rock. Thank you

Will never order another cake from this so called bakery. I know the pandemic has affected every single business in the country but you should have informed your customer's that you are working out of your home and using box cake mix and canned frosting. I would have never spent $117.00 dollars on a cake I could have made myself for 20 dollars. Then to also have to pay $15.00 dollars to pick a cake up from your husband. I just want consumers to know that the pick up location is only 3 blocks from your home. You are taking advantage of people and I will never allow you to do that to my family ever

I ordered a cake for my wife's 60th about a week ago and couldn't be more pleased. I sent Liz a picture of what I wanted and it was a dead-on match. Ordering was simple, delivery was on time and the cake - chocolate with chocolate ganache and salted caramel filling) - was both insanely beautiful and delicious.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

Communication is non-existent. I ordered on their website for a same day delivery as advertised and once order was completed I never received a confirmation email. I wainted 30-45 minutes and still nothing. I called the number provided and it doenst allow you to speak to anyone. I sent an email and got a response the next day letting me know they were unable to deliver the goods. Im sure their products are good but the execution is horrible.

I recently ordered cupcakes from The Scottsdale Bakery, to be delivered for my friend’s 50th birthday. I ordered on their website, as I’m in Denver, and I was incredibly pleased with their excellent customer service! I was trying to figure out how to navigate a delivery time/day around my friend’s work schedule. Liz, the owner, emailed me directly and said she would call my friend, and without giving too much detail, she would figure out a plan. Liz did a great job and the delivery went off without a hitch. And my friend thought the cupcakes were delicious! I highly recommend The Scottsdale
