We just got back from our stay in Colorado at Arrow Townhome #282. It was beyond amazing. The townhome was so beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for all 8 of us! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The resort is a very short drive - not even 10 minutes! There is a grocery store in Fraser, which is a super short drive as well. Beautiful views.
We booked directly through Winter Park Escapes. It was much cheaper than going through a third party site. They were very communicative and shared all information very timely! Very professional.
We can’t wait to stay here again next year.

Overall they condo is nice and the location is good. Not quite ski/in, ski-out but only a 5-10 minute walk to the Gondola. If you are looking to just ski or hike (Summer), than this condo is adequate.
Pros: Location, value, balcony, parking garage, good size for 4 adults, and check-in process
Cons: A little tired, washer is loud, walls are thin, dishwasher was broken, not a lot of kitchen equipment (cooking pans, utensils, etc.), couch isn't very comfortable and a long walk from the elevator to the unit.

2. You hear EVERYTHING happening above you. There is no reprieve from the noises. Walking, sliding chairs, dogs, etc. If you care about sleeping soundly do not stay in these units on Baker Drive.
3. Keypads for the garage are held on with tape and are a pain to use in the cold.
It is such a shame a new building overlooked something as simple as noise control and sound propagation.

This was our 1st time traveling to WinterPark and doing a snow trip. Booking with Winter Park Escapes was so easy. We stayed at Hideaway Station Loft#205 which was perfect for our family of 7 traveling with elderly and kids. Loved having an elevator and parking garage. The condo itself was spacious, well decorated and stocked. One thing i didn't care for was the main part of condo & guest rooms side seems to hold heat well so it actually would get a bit warmer than i would have liked but I would crack the patio door and it would help and the unit does have box fans. The garbage disposal stopped

A group of my friends stayed at Base Camp Luxury Villa #452 for the New Year's Eve Holiday. For Winter Park, we enjoyed the ski in/ski out aspect, 2 parking spaces, and garage with space for a car and also plenty of hooks and space for gear. The space is even bigger than the pictures suggest, it was wonderful, open so people could gather together but also large enough so everyone had their own space too. The private hot tub and grill were wonderful to utilize as well. The check in/out instructions and other property information were very detailed and helpful too. No issues, very clean, upgraded

We stayed at the Hideaway Loft condo over the Christmas holiday. The location was awesome walkable to a grocery, an outdoors store, and many restaurants. The living arrangements were spacious for a family of 5 adults (and 2 dogs). There was a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen was big and had enough supplies for Christmas dinner. The beds were super comfortable. My youngest son didn’t mind sleeping in the small cubby in the upstairs hall. We used the hot tub every day even though it was across the street. I recently stayed at a Mountain View Luxury Log home in Fraser, CO and I couldn't be more pleased with the accommodations and amenities the home provided. It had everything I needed plus more. Also the Winter Park Escapes folks were wonderful to work with. The house had been thoroughly and professionally cleaned when we moved in and contained everything I needed for a good stay. I particularly enjoyed the mountain views, hot tub, newly refurbished deck and the ping pong table.

We just stayed in the slopeside chalet in Winter Park and didn't have a great experience. We arrived and found trash around the exterior of the home. There were sharp screws on the patio where someone had performed service work and never cleaned the area. We had to take time to make sure our kids didn't get into the mess and hurt themselves. There was mold in the showers. The listing said "FREE Activities & Equipment Rentals Daily", but is very misleading as this is for only one guest and never mentions anywhere in the posting that it is for one single person only. I have had the worst transparency with this company. My fiance and I first called to make a reservation through Winterparkescapes... and were told that both my fiance and I were to receive two $250 voucher's to participate in select activities offered daily. We decided to invest because that would be a perfect experience on our honeymoon. We called in to schedule an activity a few weeks later and were told it was $250 for one and we would have to purchase an event for my fiance. I told them I would call back after we discussed it. Our vacation rental and stay at Winter Park was exceptional. The unit was very large and much more spacious than we imagined and everything was very clean upon our arrival. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog and use the private hot tub. We were incredibly pleased with everything and the plenty of emails and reminders we had prior to our stay. Our only recommendation would be to include a print out in the unit of directions and how to use the free the ski shuttle and hot tub. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The home was beautiful and the property manager John was very helpful in response to a concern over a gas leak. I would return based only on these things.
I will not be back ever because; The reservation interaction with Booking was very disconnected I received over 16 emails and phone calls from both booking and winter park escape that contradicted each other, and my card was charged upon reservation months in advance ( different from the advertising) the reservation that I made. I did attempt a few returning phone calls (outside of office hours) and left one message that was not received. I

This is a really nice house. It's clean, new, tastefully-decorated and well appointed. The location was great. Check in was easy. The only complaint is management response. The hot tub was 80 degrees when we arrived, which was unfortunate because we wanted to use it the first day and it took 24 hours to heat up. We started heating in the dark because there is no light outside near the hot tub. The following afternoon, after skiing all day, we went to use the hot tub and it was gross. The water was murky and low, and not useable. I told management, but they said they would be sending

The location of the condo, in the resort and minutes from the lifts was great. However, it is not ski in ski out, as in put your gear on and you are on the slopes, as it is advertised.
This unit was different as there was access from the street via outside stairs to the entrance. The alternative was to go in the main entrance to take an elevator up to the second floor parking garage and go through the garage to a door that is right outside the condo. Going back that way to either ski lockers or hot tub required a 13 digit code to get back into the garage, which is real fun to get wrong standing

We've recently stayed with with Winter Park Escapes in one of their homes on the mountain. From beginning to end, it was a great experience. The beds were comfortable, amazing views, and a great experience for our family. We had a couple missing things in the kitchen but they brought it up immediately which we really appreciated. Even brought us a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. I think the value was great and our accommodations were very cozy. We would certainly come back and use them again in the summer and winter. Although we don't get to Winter Park a lot, I feel like this

My experience was unfortunately very similar to two others as I'm reading through the reviews. My family stayed at a lovely property in Winter Park for the weekend to relax and enjoy the beginning of the Fall weather and Aspens changing. I found the property on VRBO and called direct https://www.vrbo.com/3165138ha?noDates=true. We spoke with Logan Lima who on the front end was pleasant and easy to work with. This changed drastically once we discovered the heat was not working in our condo when we showed up.

All n all, it was a lovely vacation spot. Clean, nicely decorated, nice neighbors. The only critic would be that we reserved for 8 guests and they only had 4 towels in all the bathrooms. When we called management it took some time to get the towels delivered, which made us late to the music festivals. So I would say bring extra towel with you.

The property we booked, 130 Discovery Dr in Winter Park, was exceptional. It was clean with plenty of space and storage. We could even park in the garage. Lots of what you'll need is already there to include Laundry detergent, coffee, condiments, paper towels, etc... The view was great, and it had 3 stories. We had no problems with checkin. It's very convenient to town and the slopes. Why didnt I give 5 stars you might ask. 2 reasons: The touchscreen door lock was very sensitive. You had to touch the screen just right for it to come on. Kind of a pain if you're cold with your hands

We had a similar experience as H T. did, in that once our issues were brought to Logan's attention, he became very hostile and offered zero support. I brought our issues to his attention immediately following our rental, and he responded in a horrible way and took no responsibility. We had broken furniture, unexpected expenses, VERY deceptive advertising (free parking, ski in/out, sleeps 8), and his final statement was that "our business is concluded. I will not be returning your call. Please cease further communications."

Blown away by the property and customer service! We recently booked through Winter Park Escapes and Logan was nothing short of amazing! He was so attentive and responded with quick, thorough answers. The property was an absolute stunner! The view, BREATHTAKING! We wouldn't change a thing! We were spoiled by the amenities and warmth of the house. It really was the perfect getaway for our family of 9!
