Had to make an appointment ahead of time. We were able to pick out what we needed. The people were very nice and very helpful. This is one of our shopping places and have always been happy with everything we have purchased from them. We are looking at getting a new bed and now all we have to do is find a new frame for the bed we are getting.

This is my 3rd mattress, topper and cover from CozyPure. The service and kindness of the CozyPure team is consistently amazing and the quality of the products is simply outstanding. This is the most comfortable, luxurious back saving mattress I’ve ever slept on. It cools off a very hot sleeper and breathes so well. The first mattress and topper were in perfect condition after 5 years of use but were destroyed in a house flood, so they also have much better longevity than other mattresses I’ve used.

I ordered the bed, bed frame, all new linens, and a wool comforter with the duvet cover. It's all so beautiful and feels great! Susan and Hans were easy to work with and kept me informed about the status of my order. Some of the bedding (the cotton knit blankets and bed covers) need to be laundered before putting them on your bed so read the instructions. This is by far the most solid and comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The delivery crew was fast and got the very heavy mattress up a large flight of stairs. I will definitely buy more blankets, they are a perfect weight! This would be a 5-star

Awful customer service, plain rude and accusatory. They don't honor checkout prices so don't be shocked if you get sprung with another invoice after purchase. Worst customer service I've ever had with a small business, there's a way of communicating that shows taking responsibility and basic politeness. They possess neither of those qualities. I would not be shocked if I even got a response to my review here, as they seem to take joy out of being caustic with customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I just received one of the pillows and can't complain. I bought a customizable layer bed and it took about a week to get dialed in, so I expect this to be about the same experience. If you're not interested in tinkering to get the right feel, this might not be for you.
I can't believe the ratings on yelp are so low, particularly concerning the return policy. Imagine someone drooled all over the pillow and returned it... There is no part of me that would be interested in receiving a used pillow.

I purchased two twin sized hybrid (coil/latex) mattresses here years ago for my two kids, and I have to say they are still in amazing shape. I found the customer service to be outstanding and friendly. I've since ordered several other products (we live the Noodle pillows here!) and have been pleased.

I had such an amazing experience with CozyPure. When I visited, their showroom space was wonderful and everyone that I spoke with was very knowledgeable. I've had back problems for quite some time and the switch to a CozyPure mattress and pillows has made such a significant difference in my quality of sleep and the pain levels that I am in the next morning. I have been a CozyPure customer for as long as I can remember. I love the company story. This is an American made product and while many of us talk about buying American made, not many actually do. With most American made products the cost may be a little higher but you have the peace of mind knowing that you are supporting a business right here in our back yard that is hiring local people. Oh, and the business is run by a woman who started it from scratch and grew it to where it is now. But that isn't the only reason to buy. The main reason is value for your dollar and whatever you buy from CozyPure

So we now call our bed “the cloud” ⛅️. We purchased the cozy pure hotel collection queen size. Worth every penny! (Their best deal) We receive a great nice sleep. Lanoodle pillows are wonderful! Bedding is great quality and no trouble with washing it. We are saving up to purchase more pillows. Love the warrantees on bedding and mattress itself. I felt we had great customer service. We ordered the "soft" mattress with a soft topper, something to the tune of $2,900 and it is so uncomfortable. Definitely not a soft plush mattress, we have back serious pain every morning. Cozy pure will not take the return or do anything to help us, despite the fact that we have let them know we are so unhappy repeatedly. They admitted that there is an inherent problem with their design. The base being too firm to work properly with a soft upper portion - but wont do anything to solve the issue.

I purchased my first mattress from these guys back in 2014 as part of package called a Hotel Collection. I purchased a firm even though they recommended a medium for us. A few months later we were back because as it turned out the firm was too firm for us. It was so easy to change the comfort level and the folks there were so helpful in making the change. We purchased a queen-sized CozyPure mattress 3 months ago. I waited to post a review as I wanted to allow a suitable break-in period before commenting. This is the best mattress I've ever slept on! If there's a down side, it's that the mattress is so comfortable and cozy, I don't want to get up and go to work in the mornings. We also purchased the organic pillows and bedding. I called about 6 months ago regarding impressions of our body on the mattress and I was told this is normal and considered "the break in period." More recently the depressions have grown deeper and I have developed hip pain. I contacted the company on 5/30/2018 and received an email on 6/1/2018 asking our height and weight. We purchased our King Size CozyPure mattress and frame and all the bedding to go with it. It's the last mattress we'll ever have to buy! It's SO comfy and plush. And what a nice thing to know that my mattress, pillows, wool and noodle mattress pads are not up-gassing benzene all night making us sick like foam mattresses do. It isn't inexpensive but it's totally worth the investment we have made. We can't wait to crawl in at night for the best sleep we've ever had! Everyone there was wonderful to work with! Great local neighborhood friendly business. Very helpful staff, very polite and friendly. Pillow deals everyday Saturday! Two for one! I waited to write me review till after using getting some good ZZzzzz's on the pillows and they are still giving me good dreams (been a year!). If I still love local I would definitely frequent the discount rack. Got a double blanket (solid quality) that is perfect for cold days. I wish I could afford a whole King Set, but the price (though worth the quality I am sure) is what keeps me from dropping 500 bucks and five stars!

Really crappy customer service. As high as their prices are you would think that they would be more on top of their game. Multiple errors with my order, extremely slow processing, takes over a week to even ship out. They do not stand behind their products at all and if you aren't satisfied you will be out a lot of money as their return policy is crap. Dropped over $1000 with them on pillows and linens and regret spending every penny with them. This company needs an overhaul big time.

I recently bought a LaNoodle latex filled pillow and found it to be very uncomfortable. When I called customer service to request a refund they said I couldn't return the pillow. In all fairness, it does say on their website that 'items soiled, stained, laundered or used will not be returned' positioned several sentences beneath the phrase 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. DO NOT BUY HERE! This company has a good product but terrible customer service and company processes. After testing the mattresses in the store, we ordered one online (one side soft, the other firm). The management of the delivery process was a complicated disaster wherein CozyPure lacked simple communication with their delivery company. The mattress was finally delivered after haggling with their delivery company for two weeks. While we ordered a custom queen mattress with one side firm and the other soft, we received one that was completely medium. Apparently they transcribed the order incorrectly

I just had my Cozy Pure Mattress and accessories delivered yesterday and I can't begin to say how happy I am! I was able to visit the show room and choose the firmness and mattress topper I wanted by testing each. I chose the medium firm with the comfy topper and it arrived on schedule with very helpful and friendly deliverymen who had to haul and remove everything from the third floor. The mattress and topper are awesome!!! I have been experiencing severe sciatica pain and only sleeping 2-3 hours per night last night I went to bed at 7 and slept 12 hours! I'm certainly not saying the Cozy Pure

Terrible/rude customer service over the phone. I spent over $1200 at this company and when calling with a concern over the products received (product smelled awful even after I aired it out for an entire week), I was told no one had complained before (seriously doubt that) and basically too bad (her exact words "it won't hurt you")...I would never spend my money at this company again.
