Thy send countless text messages reminding you of your appointment yet fail to remind you that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy or you pay a fee! They expect you to remember that from the paperwork you filled out months earlier. As a new patient, that's very disheartening and I will not return and will be sure to inform every one I know. Loved the service but was treated as if only my money mattered.

I recommend this office because they care about their patients full well being and NOT just the old mighty dollar. I was a new patient being seen today but because of my high and off the chart anxiety, they referred me to another office for full sedation. The office staff was so nice, understanding and very professional. They do have COVID-19 precautions in place as well.

Lauren the office Manager was very insensitive to my concerns of Covid 19 and insisted that I be charged a cancellation fee for opting to cancel my appointment. I was emailed documents the day before my appointment informing me that I would be charged an extra $20 to cover the cost of PPE equipment in addition I received a form to sign that I understand that they cannot guarantee their facility is completely free of covid 19. I was not comfortable with this so I opted to cancel my appointment. I was then advised I would be charged for canceling because the appointment is within 24 hours. The problem

Dr Lee, as well, takes his craft very seriously, and brings a careful and experienced expertise to bear on oral problems. i have benefited greatly in that he has saved my gums and almost all my teeth after decades of neglect.
