Services
Family Medicine Associates provides medical care for illness and minor injuries, performed by a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician. We also offer Preventive Care, Immunizations and on-site Laboratory Testing. Our philosophy is that quality care extends beyond a patient's office visit. We take a broad view of your entire health and offer preventive care and follow-up care and provide guidance about good health habits.
The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to provider related questions on our independently administered Patient Satisfaction Survey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Comments are gathered from our Patient Satisfaction Survey and displayed in their entirety.
As part of our commitment to provide you exceptional service and the highest quality care, we have implemented a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Your provider will have access to the most up-to-date information on your condition at all times. Improved management of health conditions and the ability to participate more fully in your healthcare.
PMC Physician Network practices participate with many insurance plans, and we are adding new plans all the time. Participation means the practice will file claims to these insurance companies and will make the proper fee discounts according to our contract with that company. We will verify insurability with most insurance plans before you are seen.
