Five Star Finish was fantastic! They were willing to do a job that most other Contractors weren't willing to do or even know how to approach. Our basement stairs had been caving in and crumbing since we moved into our house. Billy walked us through several different options and approaches on how to fix the stairs and worked with us to find the best option for our needs and budget. Unlike some other Contractors, Billy didn't push us in any given direction - he listened to our concerns and gave his honest feedback on the best way to proceed.

We had a great experience with Five Star Finish! We hired them to update a guest bathroom and install a completely new master bathroom in our house. Our master bathroom is my favorite room in the house now! They were less expensive than the three other companies I got estimates from and they finished each stage quickly.

Five star finish was an amazing company to work with. They were extremely transparent from day one, and gave us no surprises. They did a great job at hearing what our vision was and executed beautifully. Response time was superb and, customer service overall was top notch. Five stars all around, and will definitely recommend. They helped build my first business and it’s fair to say, they exceeded my expectations. Five Star was amazing to work with. From the second we emailed them, the communication was consistent and the responses we almost immediate. The craftmanship that put into the work was extremely well done and was treated like it was their own personal home.
We had our fireplace completely remodeled and had electrical done so we could mount our TV. I could not be any happier with how it turned out. Billy was great with his suggestions on what we should do and I am so glad we listened! We plan on using Five Star Finish for our future home remodels.

Out of all contractors I've hired in the past, NONE come close to Five Star Finish. The team literally goes above and beyond. The experience throughout the project has left me speechless.
