I am so pleased with the gutter repair and installation that Frank and his team did on 12/14/21. This was a tricky job which required a lot of thought and ingenuity on their part. I had them add another downspout to the second floor gutter to carry the overflow of water when we have severe rain. They carefully followed the white fascia along the roof line with white downspout, then switched to brown downspouts when running over my brick to the ground. This concealed the downspouts and you can barely see that these new downspouts were even added. Then they had to come up with a bunch of twists and

We remembered On the Spot from an awning installation last year but interviewed several contractors for our small kitchen renovation project. The project manager from On the Spot was the first to get back to us coming in with a very good quote. He listened and was flexible as we made design changes along the way. I hired them in August 2021 to handle a job in my kitchen to widen a doorway so an old refrigerator could be removed and a new one installed. We used On The Spot for a new roof, new roof decking, and new gutters. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire crew and process. The estimate was easy, the set up was perfect, and the job was impeccable. We had an issue with our solar panels, and On The Spot helped us tremendously. The crew who worked on our roof was polite, respectful of our home and space, did incredible work, and cleaned meticulously. You’d wonder if we even had a crew here — everything was better than they left it! My husband and I are already planning our next home projects with them. We can’t wait

On The Spot did a great job replacing the stairs to my basement. My house was built in 1925 and the stairs to the basement were the original stairs when the house was built. Needless to say...they needed to go.
From the very beginning On The Spot was very professional. Jeff came and looked at the stairs and talked to me about what they would do to change them out. Jeff was very professional and had very good customer service through out my entire project.
On the day the work was to be done On The Spot sent two workers who were professional and hard working. They did a great job as you can see
