I had surgery here back in late 2020, and I was so happy and impressed with my experience, that it's 1.5 years later, and I haven't forgotten (and can't not share). Pre-op was great...my nurse was sweet and helpful. I wasn't nervous, despite the fact that I was about to have a pretty invasive procedure, but I felt supported the whole time. I know that if I was nervous or whatnot, this nurse would have had me taken care of. She was fantastic. The anesthesiologist was also great, and explained everything I needed to know beforehand. He was jolly, and great to speak to before my

This facility is far from a top tier facility. I unfortunately have had experience with having surgery and will never use this facility. The interaction I had with the front check in and discharge nurse was appalling in my opinion. The lack of knowledge and misrepresentation of insurance practices is puzzling to say the least. The discharge nurse was one of the rudest and sarcastic nurses I have ever dealt with in my life. She had to be replaced To discharge me as I complained at my discharged. I even cried due to the humiliation I felt . I am so offended that I am writing this review on the day

Oh my gosh, this place is absolutely incredible. I had a Plantar Fascial Fibromatosis, on a Metal Nerve in my foot. It was really painful. When I saw Dr. Hayes in November, the doctor said it's OK, until it grew onto a nerve, this surgical center is absolutely amazing. 5 Star all the way, and I was so nervous for surgery, this place was very attentive and very caring, the 2 nurses when I got there were awesome. The only issue I had was they said my husband could go back with me , until I went into surgery and then he was not allowed back there and had to leave the building, I did

From start to finish AMAZING! My daughter had surgery here and they were super organized, friendly, and very professional. I was a nervous wreck and called a hundred times with a hundred different questions and maybe even the same questions a few times from my nerves making me forget AND EACH TIME THEY ANSWERED IT WITH SYMPATHY. Sympathy has been lost in this world but this place had it from front to back. The nurses were great and dr mock and dr Zamboni were so friendly and great at what they do! I am very thankful Reno has such a facility! Super clean, open very early, and great experience due

I have had surgery at Quail 3 times in the last year. Each experience has been exactly the same and I would recommend this center to anyone. The entire staff is friendly and seemed to care about my concerns, comfort and overall well being. Nancy is great and makes the whole process so much easier. The anesthesiologist was very friendly (and funny) and made me feel at ease before going into the surgery center. I had no issues. The center is clean and was easy to find. I felt that they went above and beyond to help find a lab for me to go to prior to surgery as I had forgotten to get my labs done

I had surgery here in November of 2019, but am just now getting around to writing a review. I wanted to have my surgery in an outpatient facility if at all possible, and it turned out that my doctor does use this outpatient facility for surgeries as long as it is deemed safe for the patient and surgery type. I went to Quail before my surgery date to have my EKG done, and then showed up the morning of surgery. Everyone that I encountered there was professional, caring, and expressed the desire that my experience there was positive. From the front desk person to the discharge nurse, everything

I can’t express how awesome my experience was with Quail Surgical and Pain Managment. Everyone there is so nice. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I got there to the moment I left. The nurses and staff are very understanding and so helpful. If I have a choose to pick a surgery center, it would be Quail Surgical and Pain every time.

What an amazing experience ...from the check-in , to the nurse Mary who got me ready for my procedure, to the nurse who took me back, and to the radiologist Tim who set up for the injection site.
It was my first time meeting friendly Dr. Bantum. He asked pertinent questions and listened to what I said. He had reviewed my MRI, Xrays and records before he came in. He did tests to confirm it was the right procedure. Each step of the procedure he told me what he was doing. Even came back into the “after procedure room” and asked how I was. It was a GREAT RECOMMENDATION!

This place is a top tier medical facility. I came in early at 6am and the young lady that was at reception was amazing and perky at 6 am and extremely awake. My prep nurse was incredibly kind and very very good. I hate needles and couldn't even feel when she inserted the IV. Dr Dooley was great and I believe all went well. Krystal was my discharge nurse and she was extremely kind. Very polite and helpful. Not one bad thing to say about this place or staff

I had surgery here January 7, 2019. The entire staff was friendly and competent. They truly seemed to care about my wellbeing and comfort. I can't remember everyone but Nancy, Cheryl?, and Mary were excellent. Nancy in particular was incredibly kind and very comforting.
Also the anesthesiologist, Dr. Garol, did an excellent job!
The entire surgical staff (Chuck was one I remember) was respectful and made my experience a pleasant one.
Of course they called the next day to check on me.

My surgeon, Dr. Shonnard is the best! He previously operated on my left hip in a hospital (which also

I checked a little later than expected and was still brought in early for my procedure. I felt a bit rushed, but hey I was late lol
The entire staff (Nurses, Anesthesiologist, and Surgeon) was very attentive answering any questions that I had and always made sure that I was comfortable.
Recovery was quick, so my wife didn't have to wait long.

My experience with Quail has been a long, hard and expensive one. After being shocked at the counter the day of my surgery at the cost which I was not aware of before, to trying to get help with a payment arrangement, it has all been a nightmare. After requesting a payment arrangement for an almost $1300 bill, they requested all of my financials within a small deadline. After I provided that, they requested proof of nine bills which I have no problem providing, but they also gave me almost no time to complete this. I asked for a week extension, and they gave me three days. Every part of this experience

Not my first surgery but my biggest surgery was done at this location. Every employee made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I could not thank them enough. Other surgery I've had done were at other locations and I can honestly say the stuff makes a huge difference. I was not nervous and I love how detailed the nurses were. The location is smaller but it's worth every penny.

When I needed to have epidurals done, I was sent to qual surgical and pain management. I was pretty skeptical because of how big the needle is and how it is being inserted into the back but I think we did ok.

Staff and everyone that I dealt with was pleasant.
The first epidural we went with no sedative and so that was scary, I felt as the needle went into my body and it wasn't the most pleasant. Although they did numb it, it didn't do a whole lot.

The second time I made sure to request the sedative and it was a much better experience. I think the gals name was Alex and she said

I have had 3 surgeries at Quail. Surgery is very scary and each time I was in tears, I was so nervous. The nurses are so caring and considerate and compassionate, that they make you feel like the only patient in the world! Even the anesthesiologist was awesome! I've dealt with some complete jerks in the healthcare industry, and that's the last thing you want when you are petrified and going in for surgery. Quail is the best, and I can't say enough about their staff!!

I had an epidural here for spinal stenosis. I was a bit nervous as this is done with just local anesthetic. My dr. said I could have sedation but he didn't think that was necessary - and he was right. I was so impressed from the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by a super young lady (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name). My wait was only about 5 minutes and Mary came out and escorted me back where I met the surgical nurse (Jill). They both took great care of me from asking about my medical history and Jill explaining in detail what would take place. Jill escorted

My Dad came here for an epidural injection. I picked him up and it was easy to find. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She told me my Dad would be out soon and he was. They were in a jovial mood and my Dad was feeling better after the injection. It's a very nice office. In the quail center along the backside of the buildings with the green tiled roof.

Let me tell you, my 11yr olds has had 16 procedures, this one was harder on her because most were done before age 5. So she was nervous, and so was I. They were gracious through our nerves, patient in answering all of her questions, when I accidentally kicked my full cup of coffee on their carpet, and... they were loving!! We have never felt so comforted! P.s. Sheryl & Pam rock!!!

I was present at this facility for a good two hours, while my husband had a procedure. Recently we have attended many health facilities, and this way by far one of the best. Parking easy, nice building and very nice inside.
The staff was extremely nice, very good at patient interaction and letting you know what was going on.
I think a a big recognition should go tho the receptionist, Corie. This woman juggled multiple phone calls, patient check in, patient questions, staff questions even laugh without missing a beat. She remained extremely friendly, but not fake. She was very professional and

No one likes to have surgery, but there are times when it can not be avoided. I had surgery at the Quail Surgical & Pain Management center last month. It was my first time under anesthesia and the first time that I had anything (surgically) done outside of an office or ER visit. Everyone including the front desk staff, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, my surgeon and even the billing office were absolutely fantastic. Totally efficient too!

I have been an RN for over 30 years. The staff, the effectiveness of the team, the outcome and the patient experience is what is really important to
