The professionalism, attention to detail, customer service, and enthusiasm was 5-star. I highly recommend VIP Auto Collision Repair for auto body work. The scheduling was easy, service was wi the communicated time, and everyone w whom I interacted seemed to like working at the shop.
The service provided was a small one (replacing vehicle logos), but the shop treated me like I was the most important customer. I will definitely visit this shop in the future if/when I need auto body work and highly recommend them.

Honestly the best experience I've had with any sort of auto maintenance place. My driver side door, window and headlight were smashed and I was paying out of pocket, and it was my first time having to get body work done on a car. I had a terrible experience at the first place I went to for an estimate, so I'm very glad I ended up at VIP. Linda and the VIP team took such great care of me and my car, and really went above and beyond. I could not possibly recommend this place more highly.

They did a really great job. I recently got into a car accident and the car itself looks a total mess. I brought it here and they helped me with dealing with insurance as well as the adjuster. I highly recommend coming here to get any and all body work done. Linda, Armando, Joseph, and Christian are the best . Thank you so much again!

Seemed great when they agreed to a repair/restoration project following a minor front-end collision. They kept my car for over a year, became unresponsive, didn't complete the repair, and returned it to me incomplete and with additional damages. I recommend seeking another repair shop. Unfortunately, zero or negative stars are not an option.

I have to say from start to finish my experience with VIP was excellent. I got a quick and reasonable quote. Setting up an appointment was easy. The office manager was super communicative and nice. And the repair work was flawless. Someone dented our car and did not leave a note but I have to say dealing with VIP took some of the sting out of it just by being friendly and efficient. Based on my experience I fully recommend them.

Joseph and VIP Auto get five stars!
I struck two raccoons on the freeway while traveling down in California. I had to return home for work in just two short days and my car was badly damaged from the impact. I was tasked with finding an OPEN auto shop on a Sunday—of a holiday weekend.
I got lucky when I called VIP Auto. For starters, Joseph came in to the shop on a Sunday (when they were closed!) just to look at my car. That kind of personal service is hard to find.
