Best experience for renting a limo. Amy is friendly and helpful with all you questions. I rented the Bentley for my sons prom. Car was spotless and driver was Very friendly. Felt safe sending my son out for the night. The car was a little late due to an accident on the highway. NOT Legends fault and out of there control. We live on Long Island and it happens. Legend call and discounted my rental. I never called to ask for it they just did it. Again great service. THANKS Amy.

At first the company was very responsive to our inquiry and handled all the booking quite efficiently. Amy did all and was extremely pleasant to deal with and understood our issues when I informed her that we did not know what time we would need the return. We booked a limo for 8 hours with the stipulation that anything over we would be billed. The driver arrived on time and he was very pleasant. That’s were all the good ends. The driver drove like a NYC cab driver. He was speeding, in and out not safely at all and we actually felt like the limo was going to tip over as he rounded the turns because

I recently had a very positive experience with Legend Limousines. I had organized a surprise 85th birthday present for my father. Our family (13 of us) we're taking him on "a journey of his life". I needed a very specific vehicle, which Legend was able to provide. We rented the custom 20 person Mac party bus with a bathroom, which accomated our party perfectly. It had surround seating, TVs around the perimeter of the bus and a stereo system. Although we brought our own snacks, they provided cold drinks in a large cooler. Our driver, Sal, was fabulous! Would highly recommend Legend Limousines. Rented a limo to bring myself and my friends into the city for night on town. I dealt with Nikki who arranged everything for me. The limo showed up on time and the driver Steve was awesome. He was very professional. The limo was clean, stocked with beverages and ice. We had the best night in the city. We reserved a car to take us to the airport on March 6 for our honeymoon abroad. My husband spoke to Louis few days in advance to finalize the details.
THE DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP. After numerous calls, 25 min after the scheduled pickup, we finally received a call back from Bobby. His words were "the driver is in North Babylon and I don't know what happened". Not once did he apologize, instead he offered to pick us up in his own car for which would have to wait another 30+ minutes, putting us in a serious risk of missing our flight. We hired legend for our wedding day. They were on time, professional and easy to deal with. The Cadillac escalade was pristine and stocked. We also had them do the shuttle from the hotel to the venue and it was great. They made several runs back and forth in the beginning and end of the night with no issues. They also helped us with timing when arranging the night which helped alot. The girl we dealt with made special notes to the driver which he followed to the T. All in all I would recommend this company .

Hired legends for my wedding and from the get-go had a bad feeling about them. I should have trusted my instincts because they were the only vendor that day that we did not love. They are so disorganized and unprofessional it's amazing they are still in business. Their cars are old and not well maintained. Lots of scratches and dings. My car arrived and the AC didn't work! They almost messed up my son's 21st birthday celebration!! Driver was 45 min late. They promised comp tickets to get in with a free drink to a gentleman's club in NYC which the driver didn't have! Then they said the would call the gentleman's club, Saphire and just give my name at the door. Well the bouncer came to the Sprinter and said we couldn't get in without comp tickets, and had to pay $20. Thank goodness we found a better gentleman's club in LIC. The 2016 Mercedes Benz Sprinter was nice and the driver. The people that works there in the office are terrible

Terrible customer service. We went out to celebrate my best friends 21st birthday. They said we would have had tickets to get us into Sapphire, a gentlemans club, for free plus a free drink. When we were waiting for the driver, he was over 45 minutes late. He did not have the tickets and the owner said he'd have a way to get us in. We agreed and decided to go. When we get there, the bouncer tells us it's 20 dollars with the pass. We then find out they don't have passed and we have to pay 30 dollars to get in. I just called yesterday to speak to a manager about a deposit/credit, that was given to me to be used within a month. A female answers the phone and says that if she transfers the phone to the manager, she'll tell me the same thing. But, I was told to call back at 3pm to speak to the manager. The manager Nicole was also very rude. Just a horrible experience!

Used Legends to take us from NYC to Atlantic City. We booked the Mercedes-Benz Party Bus and it was perfectly fine. We had a good experience on the bus ride but then it all went downhill. My friend contacted our driver (Mike) about 5 minutes after he dropped us off in AC, realizing that she left her leather jacket in the corner of the bus. Mike was driving but he said he would check when he got back and give us a call back. Never received a call.

I have used Legend Limousines several times for transportation to the airport, and for my birthday celebration last summer. They have always arrived on time or early, getting me to the airport with time to spare. Cars are always clean with very polite, well dressed and cool chauffeurs.

Run from this COMPANY.....they were an hour and a half late getting to my daughters sweet 16 party....We were to meet a boat in Manhattan at 6:30 ....this is when the bus finally showed up...and was given no warning about their lateness....I called one half hour after they were to be here ....only to be told maybe I should look for another way to transport 47 kids on a Friday night....I had to pay the boat to wait for us....and when I tried to have Legends pay for the extra cost by deducting from my bill....they pulled the Limo over and refused to move while the bus with 47 kids was heading back

This is the second time I used Legend and had a great experience (first was for guest transport at my wedding and the most recent was for my 25th Birthday). For the most recent Birthday, we had the Black 20 Passenger Limo Bus which was a perfect fit for a night of local fun. Driver was on time, courteous, and accommodating all night. We all got home safely and they accommodated our multiple drop-offs like we asked. The only tiny negative I could say is that it was a little pricey (compared to other quotes I received), but I choose Legend anyway because I know I was guaranteed good service and quality
