Very disappointed in this franchise.I had used Gerry 1 time before and remembered his name. In the meantime he had partnered with a former State Farm adjuster to redo houses. I felt they were very agressive in their remediation so they could redo my home . When i did not hire them the bad service began. Many items were left at my home,trash was left in my driveway i finally paid someone to move. Inventory of items was haphazard- mislabled- things were lost,broken. An antique chest was damaged and was returned with spider eggs growing at the bottom. State Farm told them to help me unpack. The movers

Excellent experience getting a free estimate from Puroclean! The guys came out within an hour of me calling, which was amazing, and they found out that my water damage on my subfloor was old and fully dried already. I highly recommend PuroClean Property Restoration. William, John, and Liberty came to my house promptly after I called because of a leaking water heater. They were courteous, not only to me but also to each other. They were professional. They were empathetic and helpful. I wanted to move several board games out of a closet, and William cheerfully helped me with that. Liberty and John emptied out closets quickly and cleaned out muck under a water heater. If you need water restoration help, then call this company right away! We had an upstairs toilet flood our home. The water had come down the ceiling to the first floor. Jerry and his team arrived quickly, and it was after hours, and I was walked through the process. Jerry explained to me that every decision to be made was up to us. During all of the heavy rains last year, we identified a couple of spots that the water was making its way into our house. The main spot was in a corner of our master bedroom that is usually covered with a nightstand and doesn't get a lot of traffic. We bought the house in 2011 during the drought, so it wasn't until the heavy rains last year that we noticed we had a problem. PuroClean is simply wonderful! We live in a 2-story and had water damage from a bathroom leak that burst into our downstairs living room. Gerry and his staff arrived onsite very quickly and walked me through their process and then began the clean-up. They were polite and had a very comforting and calming affect...which was much needed! Gerry was excellent to work with. He was flexible enough to work with our crazy schedules and was always right on time. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided sound advice. Call him BEFORE you call your insurance company! He checked out several areas we had issues and we are very pleased with the work he performed. The level of service we received was way beyond our expectations and he was really great with our two big dogs. One really to a liking to him, and that's always a good sign.
