I had a huge dent that i had thought i would need to replace the bumper for but in just an hour pro hail was able to completly straighten out the rear bumper with no sign of damamge. Awesome place, very clean and professional. Jack is a great person very respectful and positive. Took Jeep SRT to him to fix a dent on door. Jack was the only one who was able to get it done in dallas the right way. Im very happy with his job. Definitely recommend this place 100% for any car.

Wow!!! Brought my Mercedes in after getting a door ding in the parking lot, and when I tell you Jack is the most Respectful and treats his customers like family it was a great experience overall. He fixed my door ding less than 1.5 hours and I came back so happy. I will always come to Pro Hail & Dent for any car issues!!!

Well i ran my husbands brand new truck into the garage. Freaked out and called Jack. Never used him before. I told him the story and asked if he could get it done today. He said he would try and to drop the truck off at 12:30. I put the keys in the door and left the truck there at 12. He called me at 1230 and told me the price and that it was a huge dent it was. But he said he could have it done today. WOW! I picked the truck up at 6:30 and it was beautiful and perfect. I was so happy I could cry. Friendly guy, nice little shop, fair price and awesome work. Husband was happy!! Highly recommend

Recently took my vehicle here for a small dent on a door. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. Can't even tell that there was ever a dent on my door. Overall, I highly recommend this place as the owner knows what he is doing and the quality of work is excellent. The shop is very accessible and easy to get to. I would not hesitate on going back in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience at Pro Hail and Dent Repair. Saw the many great reviews about Jack and decided to get his opinion on whether or not it made sense to repair dings and scratches on my car before selling it. He took care of me on the spot. I was out in under an hour with a bunch of dings and scratches repaired and my car looking much better for resale. My only regret is not finding out about him sooner so I could have enjoyed my car looking that much better the whole time I owned it. Fair, honest and quality workmanship. No need to search beyond Jack at Pro Hail and Dent. Not only did Jack fix what I thought to be unfixable bad pdr on my Mazdaspeed3 I had done from a friend of a friend, he found more spots that were missed and got them fixed up. Communication was effortless and the Job was done timely. I was in shock when I went to pick up my car and seen that $6000 in hail damage and bad PDR vanished for a fraction of the cost. Worth Every penny. Don't fall for a friend of a friend $30 per dent gimmick, or the sweet talking guys that roll up to you at a carwash/walmart saying they can fix your dents because

Had a very difficult 4x6 inch dent that was pushed in at least a half inch and in a tough spot to access on truck. Additionally, the dent had flattened out the body line arch over the wheel well opening. Other shops wouldn't consider attempting PDR. Jack said he'd look at it, and determined could get it looking pretty good. Amazing work. Never expected him to be able to get the dent out to the degree he did and rebuild the body line. Looks fantastic and impossible to tell there was ever a dent. Much better option than having body shop repair that would've been $600 more and non-factory

I have a brand new truck and of course someone dinged it. So I made contact on a Sunday and set the job up for Monday (which was a holiday). I pulled up and straight into the service area. We settled on a rate and he begin his magic. Within 45 minutes I was on my way down the road and couldn't even tell where the dent was. It was appreciated.
