I've been using Mst for a while now and have always had a good experience, but as in any companies there may be a time where things may go wrong and it there were the real challange is and how the problem is handeld. To be honest, when I received a invoice that I truly understood was too high based on my experience, I called them to verify. They took the time to investigate and solved the problem in less than 24hrs. I just needed to right this review because this is what makes companies like MST successful.

BEWARE ! I give them one star because you cannot give them zero. I agree with another reviewer George Chatham who had the same issue I did. I rented a 30 yard dumpster which came with 3 tons of allowed debris. The dumpster was only half filled and had construction debris, no steel, no concrete and again, only half filled. When I got an extra charge from the company, I was charged for an additional 2 tons of debris. There is no way it had 4000 extra pounds, I checked with my contractor (who has been doing this for years) he agreed that there is no way that half filled dumpster was 10,000 total pounds

So when I spoke the truth about my experience, they claimed I ordered another dumpster from them after.. This is NOT true. They sent the extra charges after I had already received the second dumpster. If I had known about the overage charges prior to ordering second dumpster, I would not have. All I ask for is honesty, which I did not get now twice from this company
