The bag claims pick-ups within 2-3 days. After our bag wasn't picked-up, we called and they clarified that they prefer to pick-up in 2-3 days, but it usually takes a week. It's now been a week since we've requested and paid for removal, and the full bag is still sitting in our driveway. Now worth the price and time.

I bought the bag since it is a pretty good bag, good size and their offer is pretty decent comparative to the other waste companies.
However, my husband called This past Monday morning to set upa pick up date and and they stated within two days it would be picked up. They immediately processes the payment and here we are Sunday almost a week later and the bag with 10 yards is still sitting waiting for a pick up!
No courtesy calls, no return phone calls and I am very displeased with this service. Great deterrence to choose another company and guess what, we are.

Remodeling our house, we had so much debris. BullBag was a lifesaver! What a terrific product. It was easy to get at HomeDepot, our workers filled it and when we were ready, we called and it was picked up in a couple of days. We loved how easy it was to put together and then the driver, packed it up for us and we simply stored it! We love, love, love this product. Great customer service and a GREAT PRODUCT! I am a single mother who works two jobs to make ends meet and saved up money to pay a company to build a wall and a fence on my property. Several months ago I used Bullbag services, and unfortunately one of their drivers was trying to back up in to my driveway and damaged the walls and fence that was recently done. This has been a back and forth thing and Nicole just informed me today after me emailing her that the company needs the original invoice which I could’ve provided them from the beginning.
