We did some research on the web and called Arax Window Repair and actually spoke with a real live person, Ivan, who came to our house to appraise the job, sent a detailed estimate of what the work entailed and what it would cost.
Rather than outright replacing all windows, which would be easy approach to take, technicians werr able to provide more nuanced diagnoses of the issue. After that, they proposed multiple solutions together with their pros/cons, to help me make an informed decision. They were also very efficient, and finish the job much faster than anticipated.

I had a crack in my window and I called Arab Windows Repair. I set up an appointment with Ivan and showed the crack in the window and the window that would not stay open. Also asked to check and lubricate all windows since they are hard to open. He measured the window and check the window that would not stay open and shortly after I received an estimate. The office staff was very pleasant when I call to schedule the repairs. The day they came they took out the window and repaired it outside and brought it back in. Fixed the balance on the window and lubricated all windows, even did a screen repair

I had a professional experience with Arax Windows. They were able to give me a quote for foggy glass replacement as well as repair on several of my windows. It was completed in a timely manner. We had a wonderful experience with Arax from beginning to end. We had a tough job as we had 24 windows that needed wood rot replaced or hardware replaced. Plus, we had a broken wood panel by our sliding glass door that needed replaced. They fixed every single window, painted and sealed them too. Their communication was excellent from estimate to arrival on the job site. Their price was very competitive. I would use them again for any of my window needs.

Brutal to deal with. They came over to provide an estimate and asked for a few days as they were very busy. Understandable. A week later during a call I initiated, they assured me that they had the information available but only needed to speak to the estimator and would be back to me that afternoon. It's now two weeks later and two additional calls which have not been returned.
