The community of Alpine Meadows is located 5 miles north of Tahoe City and offers great access to both north Lake Tahoe and the incredible ski resorts of Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. Bear Creek runs the length of the valley and many ho. Donner Lake is located on the west side of Truckee and is crowned with the spectacular granite peaks of Mt Judah and the edge of the ski resort Sugar Bowl.

I built this website to ensure that we fill the gaps in information about lakefront homes for sale in North Lake Tahoe. We used the Python programming language so we can have full control over everything. What areas of the lake are best suited for you and your family? When we refer to North Lake Tahoe we're generally talking about properties on the North end of Lake Tahoe versus those on the South Shore.

I called Tristan Roberts randomly, to get some information on my home in Lake Tahoe. I have never met him and yet he went out of his way to help me. I never expected he would turn out to be so helpful. Honestly, I had called one other realtor and I didn't get much help so I tried Coldwell Banker and I was lucky enough to speak with Tristan. Maybe, if one day my family and I decide to sell (not on our minds at this time), I would most definitely work with this gentleman and definitely recommend him! We met Tristan 10 years ago when he helped us buy our home. He recently helped us sell the same home, a second home. Tristan goes above and beyond. We had roof damage which caused internal damage to repair before the sale. Tristan happily helped coordinate with contractors and stayed on top of repairs which was difficult for us to do remotely. We luckily found Tristan online and he helped us purchase a house in North Lake Tahoe. We flew in for one day and showed us 15 houses - he helped us find the one! He is absolutely wonderful to work with. He now acts as our property manager and takes so much of the headache out of owning a second home in another city. He is always willing to go the extra mile; helps us with renters, constantly checks on the house and assists with all scheduling. We would be absolutely lost without him. I am a homeowner on the West Shore. We were having trouble locating the owner of a neighborhood home and reached out to Tristan. He took the time to listen to me and then offered to help us locate the owner since it was a safety issue. He got back to me in just a couple of hours with some information which really helped. He asked for nothing and said, "It's what neighbors do." He is certainly a good community member and neighbor and someone we will refer to our local neighbors.

I normally do not write reviews of any nature, but Tristan stood out to me as one of those individuals that will literally go above and beyond for people. I sent an inquiry to Tristan and he replied within 20 minutes! The inquiry had nothing to do with buying or selling a house. I was looking for a property management company for a home in Tahoe.
