Critical: Quality
The first time they said they fixed our hvac it lasted a few weeks. Had to call again and now we find it's leaking freon and needed a part replaced. We waited for more than 3 weeks. The part finally arrives and they come to fix it. It lasted an hour and now it's broke. We are done!
