The facility has a fresh and updated look! The staff are friendly and the Dr.’s take their time and have showed they care with each member of my family. Ages 6-39. Dr. Shirley has also cared for my grandmother in the past with great consideration of her needs(age 93). I highly recommend Armstrong Eye Care!

All of the staff and doctors are great; very professional yet welcoming. The doctors are very knowledgeable and work well with the support staff. I would highly recommend any of the doctors at this facility. I was recently seen buy Dr. Tatsak and was very impressed. Congratulations to her on her position at this practice.

I was a patient of Dr. Lobby for many years. Due to his retirement, my appointment was with Dr. Shirley recently. I am very satisfied with her as my new optometrist. First, welcome to the practice and to Kittanning Dr. Nathan Steinhafel! It was a pleasure meeting you today. You have a way of explaining a condition so that it can be fully understood. We have been patients here for 34 years, and I could never thank Dr. Lobby enough for what he did for us. The entire staff is knowledgeable and good at taking care of their patients. Prompt, courteous and again, knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a new eye specialist or needing one for the first time, I highly recommend Armstrong Eye Care.
