Applied for a loan 2 weeks ago, everyday the auto approved agent text me asking for some type of information. Now after getting every information he said the bank needed I can’t get a response from him. Very Sketchy. He was very communicative at first but nothing now. Still don’t know if I gotten approved or not. Now he just messaged me asking for more paystub when I sent him 3 already. Just canceled the application, which means the application should be out the system and no one should be pulling my credit. Will be keeping an eye on my credit information, Won’t advice to do business with

I refinanced my vehicle through Auto Approve and it was a great experience! The loan officer I dealt with was very responsive and knowledgeable. I like their technology. Seemed all great at first but now I’m not very pleased. I was told one rate with refinancing then shown another pretty much when everything was done. Then I was told not to worry about my car payment with the company I am currently with cause there process would go through fast and switch over to them and it hasn’t even went through and I’m at the verge of having my car taken if 3 more days pass and nothing gone through to the company I’m currently with. All because I listened to the guy who helped and trusted what he had to say. It’s more so about who you can help and once everything

I like the fact they were able to work with my complex situation. Not alot of companies were willing to work with me.
Only thing I wish they could have done differently was more transparency in the beginning. Since they are not Texas based, they weren’t fully knowledgeable on some refinancing process. Don’t get me wrong, we still finished everything successfully. But I had to do multiple trips on certain things that I wish I could have done in 1 trip. Other then that, everything else is good ! Hopefully they get better in that part. Definitely don’t mind reffering other people to them. It’s

Time I called to apply until being approved was 4 days. My Rep was very professional and in processing my paper work it was done in a very reasonable time. I was not forgotten like a number, but treated as a real person. Loan was funded by December 22. This was a very quick response time and great rate.
