I got online to post a stellar review and see that every Shelton review is stellar! Nice clean front lobby, friendly people, and great communication throughout. They did a wonderful job on the repairs (some exterior damage). I was planning on going from their location straight to the car wash to do a good cleaning because I'd given it to them fairly dirty. No need. They had detailed it inside and out. So clean and ready to go. Much appreciated!

These guys did an awesome job with my car! They explained my routes with self-pay and filing and insurance claim (I hit a raccoon) and how each has its own benefit. I was communicated with thoroughly throughout my entire experience once I dropped off my car. I even got an on time delivery as initially promised despite additional repairs being needed. I had been meaning to change out my old wiper blades and clean out out my car, but to my surprise they swapped both wipers out for new ones and vacuumed out my interior.

They went above and beyond! Did a wonderful job making my truck look new again! Pleasant to work with! Truck was returned to me ahead of schedule! I did have to return it for a few minor repairs however it was done the same day I dropped it off. Definitely recommend!

My car was ready earlier than they originally told me, which was a very nice surprise. Quality of the work looks great and blends seamlessly. What I was most excited about was getting my car back beautifully clean on the outside, but also super clean on the INSIDE! Definitely recommend Shelton for repair work and would definitely use them again.

Do not use collision repair or automotive repair. Took my truck to them, hit on side with major impact on left rear. They told me they would make sure hub, bearing and axel were good, steel rim was going to be replaced due to the impact. When I got my truck back I found that one of the brake pads was completely missing. When I brought it back to them they informed me of the checks they did, basically spun the tire and made sure it didn't wiggle side to side. What they said they would do, and what they charged insurance for are 2 different things and want to charge me $400 to fix it. Makes

I loved this place. If I could give them more stars, I would! Everyone was very friendly and the office was very clean and comfortable. I felt completely comfortable leaving my brand new car with these guys - which is a really big deal. Someone had backed into me and scuffed up the paint. The responsible party's insurance was a complete pain in the behind but these guys took really good care of me. They were also really helpful in setting me up with a rental through enterprise. I'll never go anywhere else for my car needs.

I took my car in for a front end fender bender. They also had to fix and repaint the hood. The customer service was great. They took the time to go over everything that was wrong and could potentially be wrong then what it would take to fix it or fix it correctly. This may not seem out if the ordinary but at no time was I "talked down to". Everything went really smooth with the other people's insurance. In sum, from start to finish they were fully professional and my car looks perfect. I was glad I listened to the recommendations I heard about this shop and entrusted my new baby
