What is there to say! Everything was perfect. Your lovely lodge feels like a miniature Crested Butte - the atmosphere is the same - friendly - cozy. The improvements to this building are lovely - and in keeping with the beauty of the town. Thank you for allowing us to share in the "Beauty" of your town."
Check out a downtown Crested Butte webcam and the Crested Butte Mountain Resort webcams for real time views and scenery! These Crested Butte live cameras are a great way to see the local conditions firsthand. The Donita webcam points toward Red Lady Mt. Emmons and the famed Elk Ave. Elk ave was famed long before the Bud Light "Whatever" event that took place here in 2014.

Cute place! Kind of a cross between a hotel and a b&b. Great location, walking distance to main street. Beautiful views from our room. I will return!

We were tent camping and due to the rain we ended up searching last minute for a room to escape dealing with a wet tent. The staff is absolutely awesome, the lodge itself is adorable, the location is perfect, and the view from room 17 (3rd floor balcony) is stunning!!!

Just wow.
This place is excellent! The staff is kind and like the place, very casual. My wife and stayed last night and between the location (right near downtown without any of the noise) the bikes lined up for use and the wonderful breakfast, it's guaranteed a great time. We will be back, thanks Chris and the rest!

I stayed here with some friends from PA during March of 2021. As CO locals, my partner and I were very upset with the way the staff treated our friends as well as ourselves.
We checked in after hours because we had to travel across the state after getting off work. We arrived around 1015pm and put our luggage in our room before going to have a drink with a friend living in Crested Butte. After a long day and travel we all took showers, chatted for a bit and went to sleep around 1am.
The following morning we were harassed by a bald man telling that we were a-holes and had kept everyone in the

Great stay at Elk Mountain recently. The staff was super helpful in providing recommendations and suggestions on things to do in the area, shout out to Matt. The common area was spacious and inviting and the adjustments made to breakfast for COVID considerations were well balanced. I still managed to get that small inn feel while staying distanced. The room was basic but perfectly fine and had a good view of the mountains. Only minor complaint is that being right above the hot tub it can be a bit noisy till 10pm or so.

Super cute lodge in a historic building in the heart of town. Steps away from Elk Avenue. First class hospitality from the staff who were accommodating and very warm. Room was a tad small but has an awesome view and has what you need. Outside the room, we were happy to hang out in the common areas and were surprised to find the hot tub open during COVID times with a simple sign up sheet to reserve your group’a time slot. Loved our stay and will be coming back anytime we visit CB.

Our stay was amazing! The owner was extremely helpful, made a very tasty breakfast, and the room was perfect! We stayed on the third floor and had great views of Mt Crested Butte. We sat on the balcony at night and got some great photos of the stars over the mountain. Just a block or so away from our favorite places to eat and visit in town. We'll absolutely be staying there again!
