Jason Blevins is the owner of Randall Birchfield Real Estate and Auction. He took over the successful family run real estate and auction business in 2011 from his father-in-law Randall Birchfield. Jason is an affiliate broker and principal auctioneer with the company. A native of Grundy, Virginia, he relocated to the Tri-Cities in 1994.
Elizabethton, founded in 1799 and incorporated in 1905, is the county seat of Carter County, Tennessee. It is also the site of the first independent American settlement west of both the Eastern Continental Divide and the original thirteen British colonies in America. The Doe River flows underneath the historic Elizabethton Covered Bridge, built in 1882.
