We treat every client and patient in a way that we would like to be treated. We now offer online appointment requests for your convenience. We also have excellent relationships with local veterinary specialists for additional services (oncology, orthopedic surgery, and more).
Services
We understand and share your compassion for your pets, and promise to do our best to treat you and your pet with the respect and care you both deserve. It is our mission and purpose to listen to our client's individual needs to serve. We provide you with quality, practical, and affordable pet care in a relaxed, comfortable, and professional atmosphere by letting God's love show through all we do!
Annual dental exams and cleanings are recommended to protect your pet from many health problems and help them maintain a healthy and clean mouth. Proper diet and nutrition can help your pet fight against disease, maintain a proper weight, and promote the overall well-being of your pet. Annual wellness exams evaluate your pets overall health, detect problems before they become serious, and keep them on track to live a long, healthy life.
It's heartbreaking to think about your pets suffering in silence, but if you own a cat, then you should know they'll try their hardest to hide their pain. Cats in the wild evolved to hide their pain so they wouldn't become an easy target for predators. Though your cat may be domesticated, it'd be uncharacteristic of them to go against that instinctive nature to protect themselves, especially when they're feeling vulnerable.

I called Loveland Veterinary clinic to make an appointment for any dog who I recently adopted. They were very responsive and able to get me in the same day. The staff were all very professional, friendly, and informative. Would highly recommend!

We have been going to Loveland Veterinary Clinic for years. Dr. Michelle Leonard and Dr. Susan Williams are the best! They are so compassionate and listen to all your concerns. They have taken such great care of all of our dogs over the years. We would not trust anyone else to care for our dogs the way they have done for us!

My dogs and cat have experienced vaccines, wellness exams, teeth cleaning and extraction, biweekly acupuncture and more… They found time to get my sick elderly cat in right away so I didn’t have to take her to the ER. She’s a feisty old girl again. One vet found my dog’s undiagnosed heart murmur and gave her a referral to CSU. She’s now over 15. They’re good, caring doctors, apprised of the latest medicine, practicing in a little old house. I feel like they’re interested in the health of our fur kids, not the frills.

Dr. Ackerman and her staff are very caring and competent professionals. My dog Lily is a happy, healthy girl thanks to their skills. They are excellent with seeing patients during this pandemic, too.

Jessie was very apprehensive at first, as she had been with the same vet for four years since we adopted her. But Alex and Dr. Erin were very gentle and patient with her and by the end of the visit she felt comfortable enough to come out from behind my legs and go visit and check everybody out..she even went and laid down under the exam table to take a nap. Great Job!

I recently moved to the area and was very nervous about finding a new vet for my little beagle, Scout. He deals with anxiety and has gained some weight since getting on medication for it, so I was needing some professional advice on what is best for him. My entire experience at the clinic was so incredible and both the vet and her assistant made Scout feel so comfortable for his visit. I felt very heard by everyone and all of my concerns were addressed. Everything was also very reasonably priced. I’m so happy to have found this clinic for all of Scout’s needs!

Very personable and gentle with our dogs and we love Dr Susan. The staff seam awesome and genuine. They have that country vet feel and charm. I don’t feel like a number here. Can’t go wrong with a place that puts canned cheese on a table to distract our puppies.
