I’m so heartbroken to have been so let down by Milliken Animal Clinic. We’ve been taking Avie to them for 8 years only to have been TURNED AWAY when her life was in danger. Avie ate adult medicine…. It was a LIFE OR DEATH MATTER and I was told “Sorry, we can’t see her, WE’RE BOOKED! SHAME ON YOU Milliken Animal Clinic!! 🥲 I had to take her to… Windsor which took me 40 minutes, when I could have made a 7 minute drive to you! 30 minutes would have made a tremendous difference in getting the Acetaminophen out of her! Obviously I will NEVER be back

We brought our dog in for a cough similar to kennel cough, however our dog had no contact with any other pets. We were told when we called the first time that it was very unlikely for a dog to get kennel cough… without being around other dogs. When he was seen however they said they were very confident it was kennel cough and no need to do X-rays, just give him antibiotics and call if he gets worse. After running the course of antibiotics his cough worsened. We called on Saturday as soon as they open and asked for an appointment. We were told they would talk to the vet and call us back.

Milliken Animal Clinic has always been so good with our animals and go above and beyond to help those in need. My family and I recently rescued a homeless cat who was injured and severely emaciated. Not only did they nurture him back to health but they cut the price of the services because of what we were doing. It’s not about money to them it’s about community. Thank you for what you do for our animals!

They took my 17 yr old Japanese Chin and had to remove all his teeth. His jaw broke due to bone loss from age. Unfortunately, he developed an infection and he had to have reconstructive surgery. He is doing… so good and it seems he is a celebrity there. These fine ladies are thorough and obviously care and it shows with the very long hours, that I observed, that they put into a very tough and sometimes thankless job. I will always be grateful to the surgeons and staff there. I don’t think I could be more happy with their professionalism, knowledge and effort. I know they are busy and
