Vatche Cabayan, MD, founded the practice in 1989, following extensive medical, orthopedic, and surgical training. As a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Cabayan has proudly treated the industrial, occupational, and personal injury needs of patients throughout the greater San Francisco East Bay Area for nearly three decades.
Lisa Martini is a licensed Nurse Practitioner with the State of California, and she is experienced in the treatment of industrial, occupational, and personal injury patients at Cabayan Orthopedics. A dedicated medical professional, Ms. Martini began her nursing career treating patients at the Stanford University Medical Center.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I went here because i was involed in a car accident and my attorneys had referred me over there but my god was that a mistake. They are so UNORGANIZED is ridiculous. They clearly called me and left me a message to set up an appointment. I called back they said noone ever called. So i then called my attorney telling him what happened he said they set me up an appointment. Cool great right... you would think. So i drive there wasting time taking day off work for them to tell me i never had an appointment. Its like ridiculous at this point. Ive talked to people who also

After years of Doctors putting me through physical therapy, Telling me that they cant find the problem and sending me to pain management. Pain Management knew I had issues that required surgery. They researched for me and found Dr. Vatche Cabayan! I went to an evaluation appointment with him. after a few easy tests in his office, he said he knew what was wrong, and could fix me up, no problem . I ended up in tears. I had frozen shoulder due to partially torn tendons, and scaring. Also a partially torn flexor in my medial fore arm, elbow area. He did 2 surgeries on my shoulder, one on my elbow.

This review is way over due.Dr.Cabayan is flat out AWESOME. Very through,professional and has Lisa to keep him in line...lol. Lisa is sooo good at her job.Made me very comfortable and the lady has a gift. Communicates very well and is indispensable. Cabayan is lucky to have Lisa.she is such a pro I had no doubts or concerns and after doing my part after surgery all is well. A master at his craft. Extreme knowledge x 2.

I have been seen Dr. Cabayan since year 2002, he has been provided me with very professional of care, so I could continue to return to post my work. He is very friendly, attentive and responsible with his work attitude, I always very grateful for his treatment and his care.
I highly recommend Dr. Cabayan is a very experienced and good doctor with qualifications.

Dr Cabayan is one of the best Dr's I have ever had. He is the only Dr that was able to figure out what was wrong with my arm. He recently did surgery on my shoulder and it is feeling better with each day that goes by. He is really for the patient and not what the workers comp people want him to say and do. Yes, you do have to wait but he is worth the wait. I believe the wait is from him spending the time that is needed with his patient to figure out what is wrong and what the options are to fix you. Thank you Dr. Cabayan for really being here for us the patients and most of all for fixing

After being injured at work & seeing several doctors, it was determined that I needed a specialist. I was referred to Dr. Vatche Cabayan. Dr. Cabayan, is the only one who figured out what was wrong with me. On our initial visit, he gave me a 2 hour+ extensive exam & evaluation. That was in 1992. He has been treating my work injury ever since. I highly recommend him.
He's good and has ALOT of patients, so sometimes there is a wait. He has taken on additional associates to help with the patient load. He may not personally be available, because he is a QME and may be doing specialized

If I could give them negative stars I would. The Pittsburg/Antioch office is not professional at all. They blow you off just to get you out of the office, do not answer your questions and do not give you the attention the patient needs. My Mom recently visited this location and had the worst experience ever. She didn't even spend 15 minutes with her and complained that she had not had her lunch yet so she was not spending more time on her. Go eat your heart out, we will not be coming back!
