Dr. Waleed Elyaman is the Founder and Medical Director of Innova Wellness Spa. He was born in West Palm Beach, FL, the third of fifteen children. Originally board certified in Family Medicine and Palliative Care, Dr. Elyaman discovered his true passion in aesthetics, a unique field of medicine, where artistry and science intersect.
Dr. Elyaman received aesthetic training from the Ageless Institute of Fort Lauderdale. He personally researches and evaluates every procedure, treatment method, and spa service to ensure quality and optimal results before allowing them to be introduced to our practice.

Sagging, heavy brows, horizontal expressions, and deep forehead wrinkles that develop from aging can be more than just unwanted cosmetic changes. The eyelids are made of very fragile tissue that is highly susceptible to wrinkles and other noticeable signs of aging. As the face ages, gravity gradually pulls the skin downwards and loosens the underlying supportive muscles that keep skin taut and elastic. As a result, the fat pads located underneath the eyes can begin to protrude outwards and create a perpetually tired, sad, or angry expression.
