Sadly, no one answers the phone, and you're asked to leave your phone number for a return call, but no one ever calls. Their web site is nonexistent....404 error. There is literally no way to make an appointment. Sad. Update: finally got through and was impressed by the gal on the phone. Hopefully, the rest of the visit will be as promising as this conversation was.

Doctor is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. But if you want surgery and you have Florida Blue - blue select insurance do not expect to get surgery on the ambulatory surgery center side. Even though the doctor side accepts the insurance the ambulatory surgery side is not an in-network provider. I have been told that they will not be in in network provider for at least 2 years which means when I go to see another doctor I have to start all over. This should have been addressed to me in the very beginning.. and had it been addressed to me in the very beginning I would have chose to go someplace

If you have any issues that include the female anatomy this is the doctor for you. Everyone that makes up the office team is outstanding very warm and caring. I've never been so satisfied with anyone doctor before meeting Dr.Nwaubani.I tell anyone that will listen how great she and her team of medical staff is.

I adore Dr. Nwaubani and every single staff member. They all make me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. I have been to one of the NUWA luncheons and it was very well done, informative and the other guests and food were excellent. I feel safe, knowing Dr. Nwaubani really knows what she is doing. Her facility has all of the latest equipment as she keeps pace with what is new in her field. Not only that, but she's a remarkable human being. I love what she is doing to empower women.

I have always loved the medical staff. Dr. "N" and her medical staff are always friendly and professional.
My one main criticism in the past for me has been the information desk and the phone follow-up when leaving a message. I was very impressed by the difference I encountered at the front desk. They were very professional and friendly as well as efficient for my needs. There is only one chance to make a good first impression. This can now happen.
I have not had a need for a telephone message follow-up. However, I am sure this has or is being improved as well, as the practice continues to grow

My only complaint is that I couldn't get appointment quick enough, however, that in itself speaks to the quality of the level of care this clinic provides. Dr. Nwaubani is an extraordinary individual with an impressive background and she really demonstrated compassion and interest in me personally. She also displays a great sense of humor and that humor and compassion is reflected in the office and staff. I love the idea of a clinic for women, staffed by women. Central Florida is lucky to have this woman as a health care professional.

Dr. Nwaubani is sharp, caring and took her time in discussing my medical history, current issues and options. We discussed next steps and I feel we have a plan. She is the first doctor in a sea of many that has said she wants to work actively as a team with my other specialists to manage my care. I HIGHLY recommend her. *Spoiler alert* Lab results came back last night...Dr. Nwaubani nailed it spot on.
