Rockside wines are made mostly from grapes grown right on the estate, but also from select winegrowing regions of the world. Our Winemaker's goal is to make great, handcrafted wines in a variety of styles so that everyone that visits can find a style that they can enjoy. Wines from dry to sweet, from grapes and other fruits, all with attention to the highest quality.

That's the way we like to think of our place. Where else can you go that is 45 minutes from much of Columbus and enjoy rolling vineyards, great wine, fun events, and a relaxing wine experience? The first vines were planted in 2007 on a beautiful 17 acre spot among the rolling hills of Fairfield County near Lancaster.

Enjoy quarterly shipments of wine shipped directly to you (March, June, September, and December).
We can put your picture and whatever text you like on a label that can be added to one of our wonderful Wyandotte wines. The purchase of a new house, weddings, anniversaries, a new baby, birthdays, graduations, retirement, or just a "Thank you" are all great reasons for a custom labeled wine bottle.

Start with a relaxing atmosphere and then add in a wonderful and attentive staff plus some of the best wine we have the opportunity to taste and it equals a great experience! They were so good with us and even better with our two younger kids. Would highly recommend to everyone to make the short trip out to the winery from the city.

I have been to many wineries around OHIO and can very confidently say that Rockside Winery is my favorite. They have an amazing selection of wines for any taste. I particularly find the fruit wines to be absolutely delectable and I am always happy with every glass I try. Now if the wine was not enough to get you in the door, the staff there is as warm and inviting as you will find. Ryan and Taylor are especially delightful and will make you want to come back again and again. Ryan has a great breath of knowledge when it comes to wine and a great and caring disposition. Taylor is a ray of sunshine

Had a very pleasant Friday night wine tasting experience. If I could, I’d do 4.5 stars. Nice setting, not too loud music, relaxed, great staff and Ryan was very helpful with recommendations and pairing. Menus had a good food selection and price was good.
My personal likes were, the Town Square, Uncle Billy, Rock Mill and the Rose. Was a little disappointed on the Lardboad, I really like ports.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great selection of good price wines! My favourite was the blueberry wine and my husband's favourite was the peach. We bought both bottles as well as takeaway wine slushie in a 32oz mason jar which you can freeze at home! Their pizza also tastes amazing! A great trip out.
