Dr. Justin Garrett currently services our Mount Pleasant office. He attended the University of Virginia for his undergraduate work, where he was a history major. After moving to Charleston in 2003, he decided to pursue orthodontics and studied science at the College of Charleston before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.

I am extremely pleased with the treatment that I received in this office. The doctor took his time and showed concerns toward my wants to having my braces removed after wearing them for almost 3 years. Just knowing that I had a doctor who had time to discuss a plan rather with me rather than only speak to the other employees about my treatment really gave me high hopes with being able to see my teeth get the proper care they need and get ready for removal with in 6 months!

My experience with Charleston Orthodontic Specialists has been nothing but excellent since I started my process 3 years ago. I have been able to see this business bloom into the greatness that it is, because everyone here is dedicated, determined, professional, and personable.
