After yrs of excellent customer service it's over. The Kirkwood highway store has lost a few loyal customers. My parents purchased 2 faulty mattresses. One was exchanged.. The second one developed the same problem. Basically told oh well. Until my father threatened legal action then oh well we will get you another mattress.. It's sad how one person in that location passed away now the managers are idiots.. But I guess they couldn't care less about loyal customers.. That keeps up they'll be closing their doors .

As a small business owner myself, I appreciate a good sales/service experience. Walked in after visiting a “wholesale” store and had the pleasure of meeting Andy. My first choice was not the one I left with and that had everything to do with Andy explaining the differences and expectations of what my selection was versus his recommendations based on my sleep patterns and body type. We've had great experiences over many years of working with Home Mattress Center. I wish I started my day here, but then again I feel completely satisfied that I can say I have no regrets. I shopped all day and went to many different mattress stores and dealt with some of the slimiest salesmen from Paymour & Flanigan, so I was quite annoyed by the time I got here.

I have been buying my mattresses at HBC for years. My first purchase there was a Simmons black series with a price that no one else could beat, great delivery and set up too. Since that first purchase I have bought my sons mattress there, guest room mattress and just recently bought my little girls first bed. They have plenty of choices from economy models to the high end mattresses that I prefer. Always a great price and the service is outstanding. Ask for Pat he will go out of his way to satisfy you. He even tracked down a mattress cover for me for my sons bed and mailed it to me at no cost!

I've always used HBC as my go to mattress location for the past 20 years. They're service and pricing is always very competitive. They raised the bar on Wednesday. The eve before thanksgiving I learned that an additional couple was spending thanksgiving with is in addition to 2 others. I was in need of a queen size bed for our empty 4th guest bedroom asap. I called HBC at 1130 and spoke to Pat who made it happen. Within 2 hours I had a delivery of the exact mattress I wanted with professional (non outsourced) delivery men. Keep up the great work and thanks for making our holidays

From start to finish my experience with Home Mattress Center was great. I went there on Sunday and after looking around I got to talking with the salesman named Earl. He was really helpful and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. After narrowing it down to 3 different models Earl said that he wanted to check on the last time one of the mattresses I was looking at was on sale and what the price was. He came back and told me that when it was on sale it was $170 less than the sticker price and that he would give it to me for that if I wanted it. As soon as I heard that
