About a year or so ago I was recommended to go there and was glad I did. Went there on a Sunday morning and was given great help. Ordered the mattress and got it a week later and saw that it was made locally and even had the date it was made which is nice to know that it wasn't sitting around a warehouse for months. They even gave us a Veteran's discount which was very nice as well. I have to get another mattress in the very near future for another room and I WILL be going back there.

Had a fantastic experience! Pat was phenomenal! He took the time to not only listen to my concerns but even help me understand what I needed. He made some recommendations based off of our wants and then gave us plenty of time and space to test out beds. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew all the important details and that if we decided to make a purchase we were prepared. He even helped load the brand new mattress on the roof of our car and sent us happily off to dream land! We were so glad he took such a friendly approach to helping is find the right bed as opposed to trying to sell

I visited the store and had to wait until the two salesmen were finished with other customers. I had no issue waiting. I believe that a salesman can only satisfy one customer at a time. I was acknowledged but there were four customers ahead of me. I got the mattress I wanted at a good price and had delivery the next day. I will return.

Great mattress store! Don't be fooled by the size of their store, they sell all the brand names out there and some off brands. The owners provided lots of advice on how to choose the best mattress that fits your comfort profile. Pricing is great, no gimmicks, they deliver and haul your old one away!

Went there ready to purchase a mattress. Too bad the lady at the desk couldn't even get out of her chair to help us. What do I know about mattresses? Aren't you there to help customers with their purchases? There weren't even prices listed! Shady! We went to The Mattress Factory, whose manager was very helpful. Prioris lost a sale!

Bought a great mattress here at a great price. The showroom might be a little no-frills but the customer service is top-notch (no hassles like other mattress stores), including the delivery drivers who were real pros getting our king up a tight stairway. They were also very friendly. I'll be returning next time we need a mattress and I recommend you go here first if you need a mattress, we shopped around and there were no better prices anywhere else for the quality we got.

Bought a Mattress here in 2014, had trouble with it and called. Priori was out the very next day and replaced it at no cost.
I also bought a bed here in 2002, which is still good to this day, I only bought a new one in 2014 to upgrade to a king size.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Store didnt even look like it was open. Turns out it was. Two people were there. One behind a desk, talking to an old guy seated in a chair. Barely got a hello. We knew what we wanted, so we just basically stood near them until we were acknowledged. That NEVER happened,NOT even after a few minutes. Not one time did either of them disengage from their conversation to say they would be with us. We walked out and only THEN did the woman behind the desk look up and talk to us. We just told her she should have helped us when we came in, and that she had lost a sale

I needed a better mattress cover as the one I had bought at one of the large chains was subject to tearing and far from cat-proof. I received kind service and excellent advice from the Priori pros; and two years later the mattress cover I bought at Priori's is still is great shape. Glad to shop local, from people who are not just keen to make a sale, but really care about people's situations over time. Oh, and they aren't going to judge you if the cats sleep on your bed.

I was shopping for a new bed in Philly and pretty dismayed by the mattress store choices here: pathetic, pushy, and expensive. I was roll the dice and order something online until I strolled by this place in Downingtown. A couple blocks away from the Amtrak/Septa stop, this place was a wonderful, locally-owned alternative to shopping online. Though they don't carry Serta right now, I was able to find something I like in my price range. The purchase includes free delivery to Philadelphia and if you have an old bed, they'll dispose of it for you too! The hands down best part of Priori&apos

I needed a replacement box spring and asked one of my train companions if she had any reccs. She mentioned this place because she liked going local.
I stopped in one Saturday and was promptly helped.
I went home to ponder which to get, called back and was able to get what I wanted over the phone.
Delivery had no problems
