Not just for businesses -- good for artists too! They helped me create a neon heart that I needed for an Arduino project. (I'd initially made my own, but it leaked; CPS did a beautiful replacement.) Bill was super professional and reasonable with his rates. He's also very kind. I would love to commission another piece in the future.

I submitted a quote request for signage. I received a message back that simply stated will pass on this.
As a representative of a business that is currently being remodeled I am responsible for ensuring a professional and aesthetically pleasing environment. Therefore, I have chosen a small project to start and ensure the work before choosing a company to perform the larger projects.
For a business to offer no explanation, no further assistance other than I will pass is highly unprofessional and completely lacks customer service. Bill Gifford, you could have at the very least offered services

Awesome service! One of our signs was going dim due to poor LEDs that were installed by another company after 1 year. Bill and his team came right out and check it out. They were quick and professional. Gave us a honest opinion, quote, and a 5 year guarantee on our lights. You can't beat that. The whole project took less than a week to put the new sign up since we wanted to change the color also. We had a little issue with some of the letters being dim still. Bill came out himself and took some pictures. The following day, his team took the lettering out and fixed it that same day. Bill really

This sign company has been around since 1977. They work with aluminum, plastics, wood, vinyl, and service and repair neon signs. Almost all of the old school signs in Newark, Fremont, and Union City have been done by CPS Signs. The owner Bill, and son Brian, do banners for local church events, huge 9' x 6' signs that you see from the freeway such as "Solyndra" which they did their street sign, and jobs as far out as San Francisco.
They do a lot of work for Stanford Mall too. Some of their signage includes... Michael Kors, Ann Taylor, Juicy Couture, Wolford and Baby Gap,
