Chris and Amanda were absolutely wonderful. We got hit by the hail storm - our windshield was shattered in the storm and they both went above and beyond to find our windshield replacement and get it installed as quickly as possible so we could get back home to Michigan. We could not have had friendlier, more helpful service. We highly recommend Mac's Auto Glass!

Chris is so wonderful! We were victims of the Orange Beach hailstorm and needed a windshield replacement. Chris was on top of it from minute one, also involving me on a call with the insurance company....just so professional and friendly, and his staff were the same....highly recommend this company!!

I cannot say enough good things about my interactions with Chris and his daughter. My windshield was shattered and they had my windshield replaced within less than 24 hours (and they are currently slammed). They made navigating insurance a breeze, were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond cleaning up interior glass and fixing another minor issue my car had all out of the kindness of their hearts. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Driving the family through Memphis on our way to Gulf Shores, Ala. and the sunroof shatters. Luckily, no rain. Arrive in Gulf Shores and contact Mac's Auto Glass. Chris is able to find a sunroof for a 2005 Sequoia and get it installed the following day! The job took less time and cost less money than originally discussed! Chris and Dennis were meticulous with the clean up of the old broken glass. These guys saved me and my family from a 20 hour trip home with a hole in the roof!! Another example of the wonderful folks in southern Alabama! Thanks Chris and Dennis!

Chris was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my entire experience! I had a rock go through my sunroof while traveling and called him the next morning to see if there was anything he could do. He was extremely easy to get a hold of and very helpful. He contacted the dealership and other stores in the area, but no one had a replacement that could get delivered by the weekend. He told me to come by the shop and see what he could do for me. When I got there he vacuumed all the glass in the car as well as throughout the sunroof. He made sure everything was safe and then did a fantastic job patching

Very appreciative of Chris’ work on my van. We were on vacation in Alabama when my back window shattered while driving. Not only did he promptly respond on New Year’s Day after I left a message, he also quickly found a replacement window and worked me into his schedule. Mac is the best glass guy in the business, period. He works on new cars and old. He installed a windshield on my '99 Silverado when I was in a rush. He had the glass within just a couple hours, and installed it immediately while I waited. The price was also lower than anyone else I called. He also rebuilt the window regulator for my 1965 Chevrolet Van, which you cannot buy a new one. It was trashed, and Mac rebuilt it. Now it works like new. He is a great source for vintage parts and knowledge, and also a genuinely nice guy who cares about people and takes care of his customers.

We had someone vandalize our one week old van while out in Ft. Morgan on vacation. Our windshield is a difficult one to find, and other companies couldn't get it for four days. Chris was able to get a new windshield the following day, and came out to the beach club to replace it for us. The windshield looks great, and we're able to head home like we'd planned!
