I ordered from out-of-state not knowing anything about Rose and Bloom and couldn’t be more pleased. The woman who took my order was patient and friendly. She suggested sending a photo to help staff understand what I had in mind. The recipient was delighted with the beauty and artistry of the arrangement. I have been going to Rose and Blossom for a few years to deliver my wife flowers multiple times a year. They are always so great! They will deliver with only a couple hours notice and the flowers are always so beautiful. They are usually delivered to my wife’s buisness and she doesn’t even bring them home anymore because the clients who come in always love them too!

Update: Several employees reached out to me, including the owner, to apologize. My money for the corsage was refunded. I appreciate their response and apology.
Initial review: Lady was rude on the phone about ordering flowers for a dance last minute. Then she required a mask when I entered the store to pay. The worst part? The corsage my son gave his date broke after ten minutes of wearing it. I paid $54 for a corsage and boutonnière. Although the flowers were pretty, our overall experience was lacking in many ways. We will take our business elsewhere.

I live out of state, but have ordered flowers for family living in the Spokane area for a number of years from Rose and Blossom. I ordered flowers for a relative's graveside service that I attended and they were stunning. As a retired florist I am a bit picky on details, but Rose and Blossom not only honored my requests but exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their work is outstanding.

What an amazing place. Ordered flowers and chocolates this morning to be delivered today on my best friend's birthday. Wanted something extra special. Ecplained to them that my friends husband is hospitalized with terminal cancer and I wanted this to be extra special for her. They went well beyond. I asked if they could possibly add in a couple carnations as those are her favorite flowers. Not only did they but they did it at no extra cost to me and promised to do so with love. Did they ever. The bouquet is absolutely beautiful. I can't wait till she gets it and calls me. I know she'll be crying

Here is part one of what will be a two-part review. I need wedding flowers and I was blown away at the process. I had no idea what it's like to design floral arrangements. All I came in with were some pictures and a color palette. Terri is amazing, very to-the-point and knowledgable. With a stack of cookbooks in her office, it's obvious that her and her team create art. It was a little challenging to let the creative process go at first but I had to surrender to them, knowing they will deliver an amazing product. I'm really excited to see how it all comes together for my wedding

My husband got me the most beautiful birthday bouquet and reviewed this business on Google but didn't include a photo. They are stunning! And he loved that they provided tracking info and great communication throughout the order. He has ordered days in advance from other florists and when the bouquet wasn't here in the afternoon, he called them to get a time frame but they couldn't give him any information about the timeline. And they weren't even delivered until almost 8pm!!! Rose & Bloom is THE BEST!!

When a close friend lost her father recently, our group of friends in Utah wanted to all contribute towards a beautiful funeral arrangement for the service in Spokane, but we weren't sure where to go since we are all out of state and didn't have any experience with Spokane florists. We came across the site for Rose & Blossom and decided to submit an order. I could not have been more pleased with the flowers for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Rose and Blossom delivered the most beautiful flowers to both the ceremony site at Twin Lakes and the reception site at Barrister Winery in Spokane. I have used them 2 times. 1 time was great. But even though the flowers are beautiful. It looks like a 5 year old cut them and stuffed them in a vase. Looked nothing like what I ordered. They are not arranged well. Delivery was fast and on time.
Update. They did offer to send new flowers. I did give them 3 stars. But they did try and make up for this. They said they are very proud of their designs. But this arrangemt should of never been delivered . It wasn't designed. So 4 stars for trying to correct it.

I have just moved to the area a week ago and wanted to surprise my wife on my way home from the gym with some beautiful flowers. I walked in and was immediately greeted. They had a great selection of flowers that were beautiful. As soon as I got home and gave them to my wife she thanked me for how beautiful the flowers were put together. Extremely please and happy. I will be going back here for sure.

Been getting roses here for a over year. Was told a year or so ago we can bring vases (13) back in for a credit. When we tried to do so we were told she's credit us 5$ for all, not 5$ for each which was originally the deal. She was rude and didn't act like she wanted our business anymore. We have spent thousands of dollars here and will never be back.

I ordered flowers from here, because I needed someone in the Spokane Valley area. I ordered online, which was very easy. I had them delivered the next day, which I didnt think they could do. The person I was delivering them to received them and called me and sent a picture of them. She said they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever gotten! I am very pleased with how easy it was to order and how beatiful they were!

These guys did my flowers for my wedding and did a spectacular job. They were knowledgeble, reliable, professional, and flexible. We paid in full at the time of the consultation, but realized we had forgotten to order a corsage for the grandma. I called and added it and we were able to pay over the phone. How convenient!
They delivered to my venue on time with exactly what we designed. I knew I wouldn't have to stress about my flowers!
