Very Beautiful Arrangement. Flowers are vibrant and healthy looking. We received flowers through them from a family friend. It seems like they are contracted as fulfillment for 1-800-flowers in this area. They were very kind and understanding over the phone when they thought there was an issue with the arrangement. I have no issues with the arrangement.

I needed to send flowers to a girlfriend on a very special day. I wanted to send purple roses. I have never done this before and I had tried three other florist, only to become frustrated. I then called Evergreen. As a first timer, I was unfamiliar with the process. The young lady that answered the phone was amazing. She immediately put my mind at ease and assured me that she would help me through the process. Later that day, my girl friend call and said the flowers we so beautiful, fresh and fragrant. She added that the delivery person was so kind. I will definitely use them again. Great experience

My boyfriend, the best boyfriend in the whole entire world, has purchased me many bouquet from evergreen florist, and every time they are amazing. They have the greatest people working at the shop. The most talented florists. I love how each bouquet is unique and beautiful in its own way. These people go out of their way to get you, your flowers. I remember one time I was at work and they delivered a bouquet to my apartment and instead of leaving it by my door they called me and asked if I would like to come pick it up at the store. Or when would be a more convenient time for them to redeliver

Amazing! I ordered flowers last minute and Evergreen went above and beyond. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The photo doesn't even do them justice. There were some delivery restrictions on my end, but they went out of their way to make it work. They even went as far as delivering on their day off to ensure the best, fresh, high quality flowers. Everyone was complimenting how beautiful they looked. Highly recommend Evergreen Florist!

This shop is amazing! Everyone who works here is kind and goes above and beyond with their arrangements. I had two custom made bouquets waiting for me and they were kind enough to hold them over the holiday weekend for me. I love both of them plus they were ordered by someone that is across the country so they definitely pay attention to detail for custom orders. I would definitely recommend this amazing family business for all of your floral needs!

I ordered a birthday bouquet on one of Spokane’s hottest days. I was concerned it might not be possible to get a delivery. I was assured that they would be able to get it out for me. I was sent a confirmation email when the bouquet was delivered with a photo! It was absolutely beautiful! This is a great floral shop. Thank you Evergreen florist for exceeding all my expectations.

After several failed attempts to get someone to make a simple succulent bowl.. I called Evergreen Florist this morning. The ladies wanted to accommodate me with in 30 minutes the bowl was gorgeous and at a great price! Please support this shop on Monroe! The ladies are doing beautiful bouquets and deliver as well! We got a beautiful sympathy bouquet for a coworker from here. We had a budget ($70) and just asked for the biggest bang for our buck with an assortment of white flowers. When we brought the bouquet to the office, everyone thought we had paid twice what we did! The bouquet is really big and so beautiful. The customer service was great too -- I called as they were closing in the evening and they had it ready by 9:30am the next morning. They even walked it out to my car, put it in the front seat, and strapped it in with the seatbelt. They definitely went above and beyond!
