Bill and his crew always to do great job to keep my Lexus autos in good condition. When I had a re-occurring AC problem, which the lexus dealer had previously charged $1800 to fix but didn't resolve the problem. Bill thoroughly checked out the AC system corrected the coolant level, permanently resolving the issue for under $200.

Critical: Professionalism
I called them to see if they did Body work on cars, and both men that took my call were very rude and unprofessional. While I was asking a question, they rudely hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Won’t be calling back and wouldn’t recommend them.

I cannot express how glad I am that guys like them still exist!!! These guys are wonderful!! They don't rip you off and they really fix your car!!! I have had multiple cars, with many problems, towed to them!! They always get it fixed and let me know what's up before they go to it!! I grew up in the garage business and I can honestly say Bill the owner of anchor rode Auto Care is one of the best mechanics and diagnosticians I've ever known he won't sell you a nut or bolt that you don't need when you move to a new town the first question you ask is a good doctor the second question you asked is a good mechanic bill is that guy I've recommended dozens of people over the years that I've known bill I never heard about in the unhappy experience

I can’t say that I know much about how good their work is, but their customer service stinks. I recently moved to the area and needed a good shop to do some maintenance on my two vehicles, so I stopped by. No one greeted me, but they all looked up as I walked in. Finally someone walked by and I told him that I would like to inquire about oil changes, but before I could finish, he said I would have to wait for the manager. I said ok and then he said “Appointments only”. He could have looked me in the eyes or welcomed me or shook my hand and said they would be with me in a moment, but he didn’t

Honest and true mechanics here. I took my company trucks here and then decided to take my personal vehicle over because the service was that great. The owner is always trying to find the most quality way to fix whatever is going on, but save your pocket at the same time. I will recommend this shop to many people.

I was so impressed by this shop. Came in for a light problem, he found the "drain" and told me it was cheaper to just take out the thing under the dash. We now get all our cars oil changed there. Its less money and faster because we just switch out cars. Great place! Extremely honest.
