It's a peace of mind knowing that heaven forbids an emergency occurs you are in good hands. Some places will easily take your money, but when an unexpected accident or emergency occurs they'll give you a hard time when filing a claim. Never thought I would write a review about my insurance agent but gotta share a quick note about Jovana and the rest of the girls at Mike Lee's, State Farm office. I've been with State Farm for decades now and the same office that has seen three agents come and retire in all those years. Mike and his staff are professional and friendly and always eager to answer your concerns or questions. If your looking for a new agent you will want to consider this office.

I am so happy I came here! Mary was extremely helpful. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! The second I came in I was greeted and felt welcomed. Any questions I had (which were a lot) Mary made sure to explain them to me in detail! I really appreciated her service. I usually do not write reviews, good or bad, since let's face it, who has the time these days?! But, I had to make the time for this one. I walked in and was instantly greeted with smiles, which was nice during this pandemic and everyone is grumpy. Mary Muñoz was the girl who helped me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She offered me ways I can save money, which my previous insurance provider failed to do so. I was so nervous and wanted to make sure I understood everything. She did not make me feel like I was a bother nor as if I was clueless. She highlighted all of my concerns

This is basically the kind of experience you want in the process of signing up with a new insurance brand. Spoke to Michael Lee first, who noticed me immediately upon walking in. He talked to me about various insurance policies available to me and then printed a review done of almost all of the major auto insurance companies, including Progressive, Geico and others, with their scores which I then perused at home. Seeing that State Farm is not that much more than the so-called super cheap brands, I went with State Farm because they have roadside assistance and inexpensive insurance for collisions

I'm talking more than 50+ years lol my favorite agent still in this office Mary Anne really personalizes your experience if ever you are in a car accident, or are looking to open a life insurance policy, she will go out of her way to accomodate you at a time that is most convenient for you! I came in on a Saturday at 9am she's the true MVP! They really take the time to walk you through your coverages if and when the time arrises to use car rental coverage as well as reimbursement on car seats that were

I am beyond appreciative and satisfied with my state farm agent. His name is Gerard Solis. He went above and beyond getting me the best quotes. He gave me several options to choose from. Gerard also helped me find several ways to save on my insurance beating my previous insurance provider. The best thing is that I have more coverage than I ever would think i could afford. I was so pleased, im lost for words. I already sent my cousin and will be referring alot more people. Deffinitely made me a State Farm customer for life.

Choosing an insurance company is no easy task. After comparing rates with other companies I chose State Farm in Whittier. As I walked in the front door, I was greeted by three agents. Luis Ureña helped me tremendously, we went over all car insurance needs including our homeowners policy. When all said and done Cristina came over and reviewed both policies & everything was correct. I'm so happy I switched over. Thank you to all the staff at Michael Lee's office for a job well done and making me feel welcome and at ease.
