Before writing anything I want to ask the readers that please, please write review if you have a bad experience with a business. Don't just forget about it. Your ignorance will give bad impression to other customers and will cause them lots of troubles. Just how it did to me when I took my laptop to these guys solely based on positive reviews.

I originally took my computer to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They charged me 150 dollars just to look at it and, after a couple of days, handed me back a still broken computer saying there was nothing they could do. I brought it to Dover Computer Repair and he fixed it in front of me in 30 minutes and charged me a fair price. I could not recommend this place more.

Great service. Tom (the man working the front) was very courteous to the older people that came in, and explained/showed everything in simple terms so they could understand, it was nice to see. He also did a good job servicing my issue. Took a few business cards to post up at my work. Definitely recommend.

Thought I was going to spend almost 800 bucks on new system board to correct a charging issue. Their knowledge of my type of laptop, HP Spectre, was extensive and provided with a mind blowingly simple and elegant solution. No charge. Service was fantastic and I highly recommend them.

My work computer stopped working, turns out needed a new hard drive. They told me it'd be at least a few days to get back but they'd do their best to speed that up being it was needed for my business. It was done that afternoon. Great service, great to work with, and I thought pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

I, too, went off the reviews on deciding where to go to get my computer repaired. So glad I went to Dover Computer Repair, as they are deserving of the 5-Star Rating. As soon as Andy looked at my computer, he thought it was a screen problem & not the computer itself. Said he would run the diagnostics to be certain & it *was* a screen problem. They ordered a new screen for me. New screen arrived quickly & was repaired the same day the screen came in. Charged just for the price of the new screen & the normal repair fee. Very reasonable on both counts. Couldn't be happier

I'm glad I went off the reviews of others. I called at 5:55 to ask a question, but he needed me to come in, they closed at 6 and I was 15 minutes away, he assured me it was okay and he'd stay late for me.
The man and his father were extremely welcoming and very nice people! They repaired my laptop and I was on my way. Very knowledgable and pleasant experience.

I was having problems downloading a program onto my computer so gave DCR a call. I was expecting to have to bring my computer over, but he immediately started troubleshooting using a remote access program. 20 mins later my problem was fixed and he gave me some helpful hints. Even refused to charge me for the time. I'll definitely use them in the future!
