I am so impressed with iRepair in Kennebunk. I broke the screen on my iPhone 8 Plus two days ago. I use it for managing medical stuff and I really couldn’t do without it for long. I called when I returned home and was able to bring it in immediately. The screen was replaced in less than 20 minutes and it works perfectly. I would highly recommend these guys. I just had a totally awesome experience with outstanding customer service. I arrived at iRepair just a few minutes before they were closing with an extremely urgent issue related to computer. Both of the owners stayed an extra 30 minutes beyond closing to help me troubleshoot and figure out a solution. And they were even happy to consult with me by phone more the next day until the issue was fully resolved. They have a high level of expertise, and go the extra mile to help their customers, quickly and effectively!

WOW is all I can say ! What a professional, prompt, respectful, reasonable amazing company ! I thought the service industry was dead until I visited these folks. I work for an Emergency response company and am on call 24/7, my phone is my lifeline...... My IPHONE screen was not working and IREPAIR had it fixed in under 30 minutes. They were attentive to detail and the customer service was amazing ! I would not give anyone but these guys my business and Ill refer anyone I can possibly refer..... These guys are not very professional. I felt like their mother harrassing them to get it done correctly. In my initial call to repair my phone, they said to email them instructions from the insurance company on what needed to be included in the estimate. They assured me the estimate could be completed without coming by the store. I also explained the problem was a broken camera and lens on a Galaxy Note 9. I immediately sent the insurance info. 4 days later still no estimate, though I called to remind. At that time, I was told I need to bring it in. So, I bring it in, still no estimate, as promised
