San Jose Shoe Repair and Alterations (formerly known as Mandarin Shoe Repair and Alterations) moved locations and changed names in 2015, but we're still providing quality work and service. Our founders knew the value of treating people right and offering them quality service, and we still hold onto that today.

Went to this place on Univ Blvd- He fixed several pairs of my shoes, and one repair on a $600 pair of Ferragamos lasted 4 hours at work; and the "glued on" sole came off again. went back to get it corrected - owner said "No Guarantee" ! SO; don't fix shoes there if you wanta wear them !! (But they do sell pretty orchids!)
