I had an appointment 5/5/2021, called the Rio Rancho office to reschedule, left a message to return my call and nothing ever came about it. That same day Maria the physician messaged me to start my appointment, I messaged back to let her know I was unable to make it that I had already called. She then indicated she “would reschedule for 5/10/2021, with another physician (Raymi)”. Today 5/10/2021 I was ready for my appointment at 1:20, took time out of my day and no one ever called me. I called the Rio Rancho office twice, no one ever picked up. I messaged both physicians asking what I’m supposed

I'm three weeks into the Fit program and I love it!! I'm finally losing weight and the appetite suppressant has really helped with my binge eating habits. Everyone who works their is super nice, supportive, and helpful. The staff will always address any questions or concerns you might have about the program. All in all a great experience so far!!

Do not recommend Botox it may be $10 a unit but they put it in a place and then when you don’t get the results that you were looking for and you tried to explain to them that it was their decision and they tell you well next time don’t do it not willing to help fix the problem just tells me that I have to wait 3 to 4 months for it to wear off not willing to give a credit give some of it back not all the Botox was bad but the way that I was treated I will tell everyone that I can not to get Botox at this building $400 doesn’t come easy these days

I had scheduled an appointment. I called twice to confirm my appointment the day of my appointment. When arrived to my appointment one of the receptionist stated they didn't have enough units left ..really i had called earlier and no one advised me of that ...to top it off they both looked at each other and said they tried calling me ..I looked at my phone I had no missed calls .. ..what a waste of my time when you live quite a ways from there!! I told them I guess I will have to go elsewhere..they advised ok as if it was no big deal!! Not professional at all!!
