I wanted a select custom color Tiger 800 which I found and configured from the main Triumph website (build a bike). Cody (Sales) went above and beyond and found the only bike in the state at a Miami Triumph dealer. He negotiated a price which was fair and got the bike I wanted. Cody was professional and aggressive in his desire to fulfill my needs.

Check my V twin to motorcycle enthusiasts for a clutch adjustment was given a quote of $40 I went back to check on it they said it’s gonna be more work that it would be $80 I said OK. I went back a couple days later they said they could not fix it and they charge me $180. So my bike was not repaired and it cost me $180.

Went there to have new tires put on which was great.
What was interesting is that in most shops I have been in for the first time you are welcomed with a tour or layout of the business but not here. After an hour of sitting I got up and walked around and found they have alot of clothing and accessories in other rooms.

They came recommended from a few friends who own Triumphs and they have used them for warranty work. I took my bike to them back in January 2021, called ahead to be sure that they could fit me in and help me. At that time they said it would take two weeks. I live 75 miles away, and my bike was running good when it was delivered to them. My bike needed a new battery, oil change and replacement on the 12v socket. I called them three weeks after they received the bike and was told next couple weeks, called again after another three weeks and was told again it would take another few weeks. I called

Wow. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was looking for a SX-E 5, super hard bike to find. They had one, I was able to make a deal on the bike over the phone. When I came in everything was ready and waiting on me. Signed a few docs, paid, took a pic, and we were off. Fast forward a few months later, the bike came loose and tipped over while I was pulling it down I75. It drug the handlebars and left fork down the road and ground it all down. It was on a bike carrier that goes into the hitch. I went into the parts department with my list. I think his name is Dave, who helped me

I went here to look into buying a bike. I never made it inside. I was looking out front when a young man came out to ask if I needed help. I told him I was interested in buying and asked if they financed. He said it depends on the bike. He asked about my score and I told him it depends on what company they use. I told him the company that has me listed as low, and he said that's the one we use. He pretty much shut me down before I could even walk inside. He never asked how much cash I had on me for a down-payment (I had $2000.00), never asked about other financing possibilities. Never even

I went in here and talked with a man named Dean. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he was not pushy or weird like a salesman usually is. He also introduced me to David the service guy who answered all my questions about my bike. I thought this place was awesome. They also had some pretty cool bikes that I have never heard of.

I have had 3 issues regarding these guys . I have tried to remain a customer as I live only a few miles away . Don't have time for a novel right now but here is one quick story . Brought my 450exc in to get the suspension serviced , oil changed , seals , etc . Got my bike back and the front forks would barely move . Brought the bike back and was told they put 10 wt oil in them , the book call calls for 5 wt . So they changed the oil to 5 wt . When I go pick up my bike I noticed the fork caps looked like they used a pipe wrench on them and rounded them off . After an argument with Dave they
