Had issue with my rear tire for our scooter. Walked right in and was able to speak with Efrain. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to give me a price and set expectations. He did let me know the due to the amount of current work, that my tire may not get looked at until tomorrow. This was fine. A few hours later, I got a call and was told it was ready to pick up. This was great news and better than the original promise date. The price was the same that he gave me when I dropped it off. My first time at this location, very nice and well kept inside.

I was looking for a place to get my motorcycle serviced and they were extremely helpful. The guys at the front desk were very friendly and got me in and out in no time. They are extremely knowledgeable about motorcycle and you can tell as they explain to customers what's going on with their bikes. Luckily I didn't have any issues just an oil change but I overheard others who were there. They did a great job and took care of my motorcycle. Will definitely come back to them if I need any further service, or if anything goes wrong with my bike.

Very disappointing. I live in St Pete and was looking for a specific model which this dealer said they had in stock. I drove 50 minutes and arrived when they opened at 9am. I walked around the showroom but it wasn't there. I asked the salesman (who didn't even have the manners to standup from behind his massive desk to greet me) and he said they haven't had that model for several weeks and were not expecting any more any time soon. So I got back in my car and drove 50 minutes home.

We stopped in on 3/15/21 to purchase a boat and the equipment to go along with the boat to be safe. We walked around and looked at every boat they had then went inside. We had been there for about 20 minutes before going inside ave looking around. I told the wife this place is beyond the best joke I have seen as not one soul spoke to us or greeted us. It was like they were all in Trans or too busy on their phones or youtube. Not one soul said anything. So we left without buying a boat or anything and will never return there even if it was the last place on earth and they were giving away free boats

Took my bike in a little under 5 weeks ago due to it not starting. Dropped it off about 1 in the morning at gables. I called 9 am the next day and explained what happened and that I needed it fixed. They ensured me it would be taken care of and they would call me back in about an hour. The entire day goes by and I call them back around 5:30 to find out that they haven't touched my bike yet and I was told it was just now getting plugged in to charge and I would get a call in the morning wIth a diagnosis. The following day I received no call. Another day passed and I decided to call them back

The staff is great always helpful I was "we bought two side-by-side's there so far, and they have been exceptional working on our warranty boat issues (which are extensive). They have been easy to work with and helpful with additional accessories. Dialan, Jason, Tony, Tyler have all been exceptional! Would definitely purchase your rec vehicle here, prices are very competitive.

Stay away from this people, I never saw a bunch of people making all kinds of promises, deals and running your credit with no permission
after all is done they can't keep their promises and changing details every minute, is unreal they live in a land of fantasy and they think everyone else is stupid, we are in process of suing them for all that with we have proof,recordings, txt etc near 4 different people contacted me, they will ignore you if they can do it their way, other than run credit with no permission, then blaming the web site has issues,

My father took our brand new boat with a out of the box Honda 20 hp boat motor in for what we thought was a warranty issue. After an "adjustment" they charged him $160. Took the boat back for same issue after one trip out and this time it was "fuel and carburetor issue". They told him it ran smooth again. He asked to show him and it wouldn't crank! He tried to leave but wouldn't until he paid the bill. Yep $160 again! Listen to everyone here, do not shop at this dealership!!

I've been here a bunch of times and every time i go to get parts I've waited 20-30 minutes to be assisted and I'm the only one there. The woman working the counter always has something else to do rather than help the person in front of her. The prices are ok. I found another place with great service so i wont be returning.

These guys wouldn't give me the time of day. I asked for an appraisal on my trade in and they told me it was worth nothing at all and that they didn't want it. Mind you I bought the bike new from them ( when they were reputable as performance honda) two years ago. I decided instead to go to Tampa Bay Powersports where I was given $4500 for my trade and a better out the door price on the new bike. Those guys will have my business from now on. I needed a rear tire installed on my bike so brought the tire and bike to this location... When I first walked in I could see the workers were sitting down having lunch but upon seeing me one of them promptly got up and was ready to assist me... I told the worker what I needed... he was pleasant and said "no problem". After entering my info into the system he said he would call me when the bike was done...

I am a brand new rider and I picked out a new 2015 Honda CBR500 and I am absolutely in love with it. The staff over there are great and were very patient with me when I asked many many questions about the bike and gear and what not. A special thanks to Ryan in sales for helping me pick out my very first pick that I couldn't have been more happy with. There is a Honda Dealership closer to my house (Tampa Bay Powersports) but decided to drive the 40 minutes to this location because one time my wife and I went in and the gentleman that greeted us was able to answer every question we had, so decided to take my business here from now on in the future because of the great customer service.
Took my TRX450R in on Friday afternoon (06/10/16), was told I would have a call by Saturday 5pm with an estimated repair cost, etc.
Called around 2pm-3pm Saturday (06/11/16) and was told they were short staffed and that the service manager would look at my bike

Beware before having your bike service at this dealership. The make promises and can't deliver. They had more excuses why work was completed when they promised. My bike was in for smoke and heat damage due to a fire in my garage. They were to replace the saddle bags - they only replaced one. However, the one they did replaced wasn't new - it was used. Now that I have paid my bill, you can't get anyone to call you back (Service Manager or General Manager). Had to write a letter to owner. If unable to get satisfaction from him, the next step will be small claims court.
