We're a Greater Cincinnati bicycle sales and repair shop, serving Southwest Ohio, and Southeast Indiana. Located in the heart of lovely Miamitown, our store features a wide selection of new and used bicycles, bicycle parts, and accessories. Our prices are just as good as the big guys in town, but we also carry many unique bicycles and brands, as well as refurbished "ready to ride" used bikes (subject to availability).

Surely, you've heard that phrase before, but have you ever stopped to consider just why they're smiling? The dirty little secret of the bicycle business is the "Spring Tune-Up." This typically includes a one-price-fits-all arrangement, where each bike that rolls through the door means tune-up for the bike shop, regardless of the bike's condition.
The hitch-mount carrier you get is just as important. Arm style carriers, the ones with one or two arms that stick out to rest your bike on, are generally frustrating to use, especially for more than one bike. Rude staff. Erroneous information. I telephoned this shop about assembling a bike for me in order to validate the manufacturer's warranty. I asked how long a wait it would be and was told "a couple of days". I was also told to come on in that day and drop it off. When I arrived, I was told by the employee on duty that it would be "a couple of WEEKS", not days. And he made a few rude comments about the information I was given over the phone. Incredible service with a small town vibe - you can tell this place appreciates people with a passion for cycling - always more than willing to go out of their way to get me back on the trail in a hurry! So glad that we have this resource on the West Side as I struggle with the corporate nose in the air shops elsewhere in town.

Needed some pre season work performed including suspension rebuild so I called West Trails and spoke to Pete. Pete had my bike in working order with 3 day turn around and at our discussed price. Finally got to test ride his work and am very pleased. Highly recommend this shop. They knew I was from OOT and treated me like a local! Thanks!

I have had a couple great experiences here. Other bicycle shops around town I can walk around for five minutes before an employee helps me. Not here. Great service. I got an extremely fair price on a top quality bicycle trailer, profesionally assembled. Employees are passionate about cycling and it shows.

My wife and I recently decided to purchase bikes for casual riding. After checking out some local bike shops we decided to stop at West Trails, being we are westsiders. Mike asked us some questions to determine the best bikes for us. We were able to test ride some bikes in their back lot and wound up purchasing two Del Sols. They were also able to install a trailer hitch and bike rack at very reasonable prices compared to the car dealer. Would highly recommend.

Incredible customer service and very reasonable prices. Brought a craigslist bike in and they fixed it up better than I could imagine. Mike, Eric, and friends do fantastic work. Unlike some of the other bike shops I've been to, I never felt "talked down" too, they do a great job of helping you make decisions even if you don't understand the plethora of options available when selecting bike parts.

Do not buy a bike anywhere else. The guys at West Trails are experts and have been so helpful to our family. We've purchased two bikes in the last year and fully tuned up an old bike we had in our garage. They are honest, fair and want to help educate you on your purchase. We will be lifelong customers, but based on the high quality of bicycles they sell, I don't know how often we can give them our business!

Very impressed with this place.
Had a flat on my bike and this was close to my home.
Got here about 10 min before they opened at 10. They noticed a customer waiting and opened up.
Took my bike and immediately fixed the flat.
We asked annoying recreational bike questions and the were more then happy to answer.
Prices were good.
So if in the area stop in and get about everything you will need for your bike.

Amazing service. Super friendly and knowledgeable. My son damaged his bike right before we left for vacation and was devastated he wasn't going to be able to ride his bike. They had it ready the next day for half what another bike shop had quoted. Well worth the 20 minute extra drive to go there. They'll be the first place I stop from now on.

I absolutely LOVE this shop and the guys who work there!!!! Mike especially needs a shout out. My boyfriend, best friend and I went in yesterday and even though we told him we were just in the research stage, he was so super friendly and helpful!!! He asked us all the right questions to establish the right bike for all our needs and let us all test ride multiple bikes for almost an hour. I am going back soon to buy a new Fuji from Mike and so is my boyfriend. Also, it's worth noting another gentlemen sold my Dad a rad Schwinn bike a few years ago and it's performed really well-pretty

Astounding bicycle repairs are made here for the price which is oh so affordable! My son Thomas loves his bike with a dinosaur painted on it and it was a light on the back! It got under my Honda CXR and one morning I crushed it. The store had no more! I couldn't even find one with a dinosaur and well even if my wife says I'm a fine painter I know I couldn't even begin to find a way to pain a dinosaur on a normal black bike, Thomas is smart for his age!!
I took the bike in and they fixed it up all like a dream! Everything was as new, and the dinosaur was still on the bike! Just roarin

I went to West Trails today with a lot of questions that Mike answered. He had me try four different types of bikes to see which one I preferred. He was patient and took the time to answer everything I had concerns about since I was looking to replace my bike.
Customer service was fantastic! Eric had to go to the warehouse and get the bike I ended up purchasing because it wasn't on display. I was in the market for a new hybrid bike, and as a 5'11'' woman, I'm not easy to fit. I shopped at West Trails, Montgomery Cyclery (they tried to put me on a man's bike), Bikes & More, and just for added fun and frustration, Dicks. West Trails had the best selection of bikes, the best prices, and the best service. Without a doubt! I'm now the proud owner of a cool girlie bike with a frame that fits me. Thanks, guys!

Today, I stopped by West Trails Bike Shop about 30 mins before they closed needing some service on my rear hub. I was hoping it was going to be an easy/quick fix as I desperately "needed" to go for a ride. Of course, sometimes the easy fixes aren't so easy. Eric worked patiently for 45 mins after closing time to get my bike fixed, never complaining at all. Eric, Mike (the owner), and Pete are bikers that know what it is to "need" to ride and they will do what it takes to get your bike fixed and on the trail or road. They're also all-around great guys! Big things come in small packages at this store! May look small but has lots to offer! We not only received much education, quality parts and everything you could possibly find for your bike along with a gigantic selection of bikes. It says a lot for a business when you call them an hour after close, they were not only willing to wait on us but took their time and still took great care of us! Very pleased and will definitely come back.

I want to tell you about the exemplary customer service I received from Luke and Matt. They went out of their way to answer questions and get me out on the trail safely.
Luke stopped what he was doing to help me then ran down to the warehouse to get the Crosstown for me to try out.
