Pilates exercises work for many reasons. The great attention to detail and form is a perfect way for a client to gain strength in the weaker or injured muscles and joints. Our exercises are gentle on the joints, so there is little worry of over stressing an already stressed body. Pilates also develops the smaller muscle groups, known as stabilizers, that work to support joints and bony structures.

Services
Lorri received her comprehensive training from Peak Pilates in 2006. That same year she opened her first Pilates studio inside of her gym, BodyWatts. In 2010 she opened Bay Pilates. She specializes in helping seniors begin and maintain an exercise program for improvement of strength, posture, flexibility and balance.
We offer hour and half hour private Pilates lessons on the mat and on equipment including the Reformer and Cadillac, chair and barrel. Half hour $40 Hour $75. Flexible Schedule is for the clients who are not able to commit to a regular weekly schedule and visitors or first timers who wish to try Pilates to see how it can benefit your wellness program.

I have been a regular client at Bay Pilates, Easton, MD, for many years. While I love the tower, reformer and mat exercises, most importantly, at the age of 70, they have helped to maintain my flexibility, strength and balance. I have tried many exercise programs over the years and the Bay Pilates Studio offers the best overall program.

I have been a client of Bay Pilates for 5 years! My sense of well-being, my strength, flexibility and endurance are vastly improved and continue to improve! The instructors at Bay Pilates bring years of training and experience to the classes they teach! The classes are small and training is personal! Every student works at her/his level/limitation with vigilant guidance from instructors! The atmosphere is professional and serious while being personal and fun! I cannot imagine a week in my life without Pilates! It has re-acqainted me to the balanced, toned and strong body that I naturally enjoyed

I have been coming to Bay Pilates for nearly two years, taking both group classes and private sessions. The teachers are knowledgeable and experienced and the studio is clean and well-equipped with every type of Pilates equipment. Group classes with Lorri and Kendall are great, as are Annie’s individual sessions. All the teachers have deep knowledge of Joseph Pilates’ technique. It’s a warm and welcoming environment. Highly recommend.
