If there was an option to leave no stars, that would’ve been my option! This is the worst law firm I’ve ever worked with. It’s been an entire year almost two and they have made no progress on my case with little to no communication without me initiating it. Chisolm Trimble took my parent’s hard earned money and won’t even communicate with them. I have been calling since October 2020 & have only spoken with an actual attorney once. I’ve been asking for alternatives and just flat out reimbursements of some form and have received nothing on my end not even a solved case. I will never recommend

Chisolm Trimble and Associates entire staff lacks professionalism and has poor communication skills. Do not expect to hear back from them in a timely manner. They do not send monthly itemized invoices as a legal office should, but rather continue to ask for more money to replenish the retainer. Please note that their retainer fee is non refundable. If you have some left over, you will NOT get it back!! Just don't even bother with this firm. I should have left sooner! If I could zero stars, I would!
