Services
At Camp Law Office, we understand the difficult decision to file bankruptcy can be overwhelming and frustrating. We also understand the feeling of relief that our clients experience once their financial burdens have been taken away. We will help you stop the creditor harassment, achieve debt relief, and help you get ahead of your financial situation.
We represents injured parties (WE DO NOT REPRESENT INSURANCE COMPANIES) in car wrecks/accidents, truck wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death cases, slip and fall cases, medical malpractice cases, nursing home injuries, birth injuries, mesothelioma cases, and medical product liability cases.
We understand that the decision to divorce can be emotional and complicated. We are here to answer any questions you may have about the process and to help you understand you rights and options. There are two ways to finalize a divorce - by reaching an agreement with your spouse on all issues (referred to as uncontested) or by letting a Judge decide for you (referred to as contested).
We understand the difficult decisions that have to be made after the passing of a loved one. If you have young children, you need to make sure that they are appropriately cared for and provided for. You can direct whom you wish to name as legal guardian for your child(ren) in the event of the death of you and your spouse.

My dad passed away this year without a written will. So I went to Mr. Camp with all these things I needed help with. With everything going on in the world, it just was a lot to deal with, however, Mr. Camp was very informative. Just to be clear, Mr. Camp doesn't do a lot of in between talking or fluffy conversation. He is straight to the point serious type of guy. But he knows his stuff. He may not ask but you will need to tell him as much as you know and ask questions, to make sure he has the big picture. In my case, he told me the best way to handle my situation and what is the cheapest way.

Todd & Amanda have handled three cases for our family. It's nice to know you can go somewhere and get exceptional service at an affordable price, AND not be treated like a number. Don't waste your time or money on someone that you saw on a commercial........unless you like your fee to pay for their advertisement and not their service.
