I also provide Staff/Employee/Client Education and Training in Stress Management, including Mindfulness. After many years of dealing with the effects of PTSD, I began working with Change Your Mind: Center for Brain-Body Wellness in March of this past year. Walking in the door I was looking for a way to lessen the pain of the specific cause of my trauma.
What I found was astounding! Within a few short months, utilizing breathing techniques, meditations and talk therapy, my life began to change. Calmness replaced anger. Hope replaced fear. Hey, I wanted to say THANK YOU so much for yesterday! It was a wonderful experience and honestly, my stress level was awesome all night and I slept very well!
