One of the best service received in recent years. For last 5 months, I have been driving my Honda CRV with a duct taped bumper and tailgate panel. Last week, I took my car for Oil change @ Honda Service Station and my they told me both have to be replaced and will cost thousand plus dollars.
This week I contacted their recommended body shop and few others and no one was even giving an appointment till next two weeks to give an estimate.
I called Tempe collision this center, based on Yelp Reviews, to see if I can get an appointment and talked to Chen who asked me to stop by their shop to get an

Appreciate your guy's help! The issue that I had with my car is the back license plate screws. I was unable to remove the 2 screws that holding my license plate because they are rusted. I have tried screw extractor, drill, WD-40, Impact Driver Set. None of those work for me.
After spending so much on it, I lost my patience and went to 2 local body shops near me. Firestone can not help me to remove those 2 bolts and another body shop ask for 200 to remove 2 license plates bolts. There is just no way that I am spending that much on just removing 2 bolts.

Got hit by a baseball while parking at the baseball stadium. I was really worry about it being an expensive fix but luckily this auto shop made it really easy for me, I called them about the situation and they told me to continue driving it while they reach out to my insurance for me so there’s no time to waste having my car sit at the body shop while waiting got parts.
